Now in my Service layer I've got a function like this

But i can't figure out how to add And r.isActive = True

In such case I do not know the type yet, therefore I can not add a standard .Contains() function. All I have present are the IQueryable object, the MyColumn and MyParameter as a string text. The problem is 'Null' values in the datatable don't show up as empty tags in the XML so when I read the XML from the web service this is no consistency. Is there a way to show the tags even when the fields are null in the datatable or is there a better way to accomplish what I need. I'm reading this web service from a silverlight application with the following code (this application works but, it doesn't show all the employees as it skips over when no tag is present):

My datatable has 6 columns. X rows depending of the query results.
I was looking to use Me.ClientScript.RegisterArrayDeclaration but I just can't find how to build my 2-dimentional array to feed to this declaration.
On google I found some exemple for a 1-dimensional array, but nothing for 2-dimentional and I am not good enough in Jscript to figure it out myself.

Usually I calculate data in DataTable by using loops. But I know that there is simpler way using LINQ. I know some basics about that just for strongly typed objects.I can't find how to do this with DataTable that is not strongly typed. How could I get all DataRow or Filtered DataTable (not just value for the field) from table for that conditions:
- where the specified field of the table contans MAX/MIN/AVG value,
- where the specified field of the table equals to some value.
