Jan 14, 2011I need to set focus on a textbox in parent form after the pop extender closes. I am setting the focus before showing the popup, but when the popup closes, it is lost.

Dec 8, 2010I need to run a JS function before the modal popup closes, this is because I need to close a flash netstream, currently the flv continues to play after modal is closed, you can hear audio and stream continues to download. I have the code to deal with this, but the modal closes before JS is actioned. The JS below talks to swf (videoPlayer_low) and closes the netstream. Note all this pain is to deal with IE :(

AJAX :: Modal Popup Closes On Background Click?
Apr 1, 2011I have a modal popup that on the first time it is running, if the user clicks the greyed out background the modal closes. On the 2nd and later times it runs correctly. The user can click the background and it works correctly. I have searched around and tried a few things with out any luck.

Dec 17, 2010The title of this post says almost all.
This happens only sometimes on the same code, but when I open a modal popup window, mouse focus
stays on the background and buttons on the modal popup does not response.
If I move the mousepointer, I can see that buttons on the background are highlighted by mouseover, and I can even click on them.
I have tried to find when this happens by trying different mouse movement without luck.
Does any one have the same experience? I would like to know why this happens and/or how I can pretend this behavior.

Dec 14, 2010when i click a button, the ajax modal pop up should float above the svg, which is a image object that formated as xml file underneath. it works all fine in IE and Firefox, but it's not working in safari.
In safari, the modal pop up is behand the svg rather than float on the svg, so far i had use the z-index and position in front end control, but none of them are working, the below is my aspx code:
