I am making a crystal report which displays values from database. Now the values from db contains duplicate values. I need that duplicate values should be suppressed and should display 0.00

I have applied "Suppress Duplicate" to the column but don't know how to display 0.00 there.
I am developing we application using Csharp on Visual studio 2008.How can I pass values from Page or GridView to a Crystal Report? For example I want some details on a Default.aspx want to appear on the Crystal report when I click on it. How do I pass theses values from Page to crystal report at Runtime?

In ASP.NET page, I stored two values in Session state and need to pass them as input parameters to Oracle stored procedure. In Crystal reports 2010 once you connect to a stored-procedure as data source, it automatically creates the parameter fields with Crytal Report Viewer. how I pass values to store procedure at runtime automatically.

2. I like to pass above values to the store procedure with IN parameters named P_CourseNo and P_StudentNo to print out the Crytal Report with Store Procedure as data source.

View 1 RepliesI have created a CR which uses two static parameter fields for 'DateFrom' and 'DateTo' on the report. The parameters are passed to the web page via a query string, and then I use Dim Fromdate As String = Request.QueryString("from") etc to send the parameter via code. The problem I'm having is this. The DateFrom and DateTo values are being sent to the report ( I simply use them in the report header to display the from and to dates selected by the user for the report ) and the report display's as expected. But when you click 'Next' in the multipage report, the report prompts with a parameter popup box to reenter the dates. Once you enter the values, you can page back and forth without any more interuptions.
Would anyone know what I have set wrong? Here is the code that I use to populat the report.

I am using MVC for a reporting website for our company. I figured out that MVC doesn't support Crystal Reports but Asp.net webforms can be added to it and then there is a workout.
1) I have 25 Crystal reports to add to the website. Is it a good idea to add webforms and make crystal reports.
2) Is there a way that I can use one Report viewer and 25 Crystal reports display according to the condition?

I'm using CRv9 and want to make use of Google Charts API for generating QR code on fly (in asp .net) and display it in the Crystal Report in a PDF format.I have spent the whole day looking for solution with no luck. The way we output the report is we use .rpt file, feed it with data and use Response.OutputStream to feed to browser. No CrystalReportViewer control hence CSS solution is not an option.
Now, I got as far as added an OLE Object from file with Link, which I would be overwriting every time the new QR code is generated. I apreciate that CR requires it to be a bitmap, so I was planning to download and convert the google's generated PNG file to BMP, that's not an issue. The problem is that Image in the report does not update after I replace the file. Meaning, it displays the original image, which was added as an OLE Object.
If I open this report in CR designer, the image gets refresh/updated and I'd have to save changes to the report to see this new image next time I generate a PDF file.The question is really how to achieve a dynamic image in Crystal Reports 9? Remember, Picture object did not have a Graphic Location property until vXI, so I cannot use that.
Manipulations with DataSets is not an option either as we're not giving report a datasource, instead we just map the fields with FormulaFieldDefinitions.

View 1 Repliesa myth has been passed to me by a senior who told me to 'always' design a crystal report using Add command and not through the table view (like selecting tables and linking them manually).I have been having a hard time writing the queries for master detail reports and making sub report links manually. It gets pretty confusing sometimes.I find it easy to design reports by just selecting two tables and dragging and dropping the link in crystal report designer.
