I am working on custom server control. I need to embed js,css and image files in control. I have added js and css file but I am facing a problem to embed images which is in css file. I have set background image in one class in css file but that image does not display when I run the page. So Is it possible to add webresourceurl for images which are placed in css file?

Does anyone know of any requirements to get the Ajax Control Toolkit (Calendar Extension in particular) working in this OS? I have it working on my local macjine (VS 2010 Development Server) but it doesn't work when published to my Virtual Server running Windows Server 2008 R2. No errors are reported, just nothing happens when I give focus to the Calendar textbox (no Calendar appears).Anyone know of any configutrations that need to be made in Windows Server 2008 R2?Is there a 32-bit/64-bit issue with the Toolkit?

And the complex class was added the Attribute [TypeConverter(typeof(ExpandableObjectConverter))] However everytime I try to modify the member of the property in the property panel, it doesn't work !
Although the member is changed in the property panel , there is still no change in the code view !

Page A loads very fast; Page B loads very slowly and does some CPU-intensive things on the web server. I noticed that if someone is loading Page B, then Page A also loads slowly - for ALL users. What is the standard practice for making sure this doesn't happen? If multiple users are loading Page B at the same time then Page A is ridiculously slow. Is there an IIS setting, web.config setting, or hardware configuration I could use to make sure that the fast-loading pages aren't bogged down by other pages that need more time to load?

I have a stored procedure to pull the data out of the database and a class to talk between the stored procedure and presentation controls I have the pager being displayed when the results get over the limit I have set to 10 in the web.config file but when i click on the next link to display the next page of results it doesn't do anything. my aspx page is

I want to display an image on a page with Image control on it.
I know this is very simple but tweak in my case is that image is available as a stream variable (which I am getting as a response from one of the server) instead of physical file.
Eventually I want to create a control for this with some other feature on it.
My question is how to assign "stream" variable to Image control?

created a Custom Textbox Control that is intended to be a "masked date" textbox, so that I can handle different ways a user might enter in a date and make it work no matter what.I did this by creating a custom control with 3 separate Textboxes one for month,one for day one for year,then do some handling for different things that could be entered and it would all work.
The problem I am having is,when I add this control to the page,if I do an alert to check the Text value of the custom control it just gives me "[ServerControl1]" even if I enter in a date.
I tried doing an AutoPostback after entering so that it would refesh the Viewstate to have the values of the textboxes but the control doesnt seem to actually postback, even though I have it enabled.accessing the Textbox value after someoen
has entered a date?first custom control I have created and have been using google.

1) It's an intranet application
2) Load image from the different server.
3) Image name would be like 123.jpg
4) My image is in "C:ProjectImages123.jpg" and My server name is "MyServer".
My question is how can I display images from the different server? and How do I write ImageUrl if it is different server?
We are creating a composite server control. It will have few other controls. I am confused where exactly to write the code ie in which event. Is page life cycle and control life cycle follow the same event order?

I have a project I'm getting ready to start and I want to see if anyone out there has any good examples or suggestions on how I would handle processing images. My company has about 10,000 images orgainzed in folders which I am planning on pulling into SQL Server. What I want to do is develop a web page where the end-user can select a folder which would then be scanned for photo / image files.
Each image file found would then be displayed in a column in a web page and the end-user would then select certain options for each image. Options such as where the photo should get stored in the SQL Server Database. My wish is to store the images in a number of SQL Server Tables in a field type of IMAGE. I'm using C# as my programming language.
