The Mail status label have default value Not Sent for all fields. If i click the Mail link and send mail to the corresponding person, then the Default label value will be automatically changed its text to Sent.
Here i am using dropdown that will retrive from database when i will select an item from dropdownlist then item rate display on the selection of dropdown item name.

The value should be displayed on the row next to last row of rest of the columns. So my last column (i.e.) 6th column will just have all the rows filled with the same value of the text box.
