but I have a problem. Sometime the chart is not downloaded complete. Is there any error in the code above?

Dec 22, 2010I'm trying to put Google's BarChart and PieChart both the client side version, and i'm experiencing some problems with the labels over the pie and the labels on the left of the vertical axis (of the bar chart).
I checked the code a lot of times and it seems to be like that you can see in the examples.I've tried the same page on Firefox and Chrome and it shows the labels without problems.If i try the examples on IE8 the labels are shown but not in my page.Sincerely I've not any idea where to start to fix this thing.

The regular Google Charts do work (I think because there I'm just calling an URL).
But now I want the interactive chart inside an updatepanel within a tabcontainer etc. But now the request to Google is made, resulting in an infinitely loading white page to Google.
How can I get this to work?

Current implemetation of the bar chart in my site is by See Analytics I am developing an ASP.NET website and this See Analytics is using PHP and jQuery to conjure the chart. It is also paid. What my client would like is a similar tool that draws chart from analytics, without a PHP Component in it. ie. A similar tool using ASP.NET and jQuery/javascript. What I would like is to get that tool for free(open source).

Mar 17, 2011I am new to this forums.I am using the Google Chart API to show the chart on the page on the drop down selection. This is working fine in IE but not in firefox 3.6 with update panel. When I remove the update panel then this is working fine in all browsers but if I use update panel on the page then chart is disappering after changing the selection of drop down. It seems that google chart is not compatible with update panel.
My code is something like this. Please suggest where I am doing wrong.

The code works accross all browsers but Google Chrome. My IDE is Visual Studio 2k8, and I haven't figured out how to debug on Google Chrome with it, however, I am throwing error messages, and I know that for some reason under chrome, the following check doesn't pass:

So apparently, under Chrome, the HttpPostedFileBase parameter picture isn't encoded right and loses its mime type, howwever, this might not be the only problem. What is excatly wrong with the HttpPostedFileBase parameter under Chrome, and how can I fix it?

Aug 11, 2010Here's a nice one for a Pro to bite into I have a web form that generates a set of reports including asp chart controls. Clicking on the black title loads the report section into the ajax enabled panel below it. Beautiful! Two Problems though: Sometimes, when the ajax is loading the next report section, all the other charts on the page flicker and sometimes even show a red x (the image disappears). They can then reappear again when another chart loads! 2nd Problem: If I use the html-to-pdf converter, I tell all the panels to bind to the data source (they are repeaters) on page load and show content. I Then convert the resulting datastream to PDF. All the other images on the page load, but the ones for the charts don't. I have
looked at the generated code, and they are all linked fine to the correct address of the site and the chart generator url. A sample image of the working page is below:
