SQL Server :: Running A Stored Procedure In Sql Agent 2008?

I am trying to run a Stored Proc in 2008 using the sql agent. I read some posts on here and other places that say you can and I have tried what they said but isn't running. I can execute the proc form a query window and its working fine so its not my proc.I setup a job and then created a step named the step run stored procType: not sure here but I left it at default T-SQLChanged the database to the database where my sp is located Then in command i put exec dbo.sp_myprocname
I am facing grouping the agent wise in stored procedure, here i showned the table columns,views and stored procedures i used.
User Table columns User_Id,pwd,Created_Dttm,Role,Status Table1 columns[code]....
Problem is when i am group by A.Name i am getting error "Column 'V1.Target' is invalid in the select list because it is not contained in either an aggregate function or the GROUP BY clause."
sing VS 2008 at a workstation, I have successfully developed a local, file-system ASP.NET 3.5 website. The wbesite included a membership page with Windows authentication and a web parts page. The SQL Server 2005 ASPNETDB database has been created at an IIS web servr. Using the ASP.Net development server of the workstation, both the membership Membership/WebParts pages at the local website worked very well.
Then, I copied the website to a virtual directory at the IIS web server and creates a remote website for the workstation. Under theASP.NET development server of the workstation, both membership and webparts pages of the remote website at the IIS web server also worked fine.
However, when running these web pages from the IIS web server machine, something wrong happened with the web parts page. (The membership page still worked very well.) For the ASPNETDB database at the IIS web server machine, there is an EXECUTE permission error on an ASPNET stored procedure.
What are the differences between the ASP.NET development server and IIS web sever, which caused the EXECUTE permission error on the ASP.NET S.P.? How to find and fix the errors?
Using asp.net MVC in c#, I am making a call to a stored procedure using Linq into my SQL Members table. I have no internal caching on the application, already checked to make sure it is turned off.
Test case:I have my username set to test1. From the website I change my username to test2. The website still shows test1. I go to Management Studio and run my stored procedure called MemberByEmail, it shows test2 correctly.I start simple, refresh my page to see if it's browser cache, still test1. I go to debugging and walk through the code and find that it goes correctly all the way to here to call the database:

Again I ran the stored procedure through Management Studio, and it came up with test2 as the username. I waited for 15 minutes, refreshing the web page every 5 or so, and it never cleared and served the correct test2 from the db. The last strange piece, I ran IISReset and refreshed the page, test2 was returned.
UPDATE: I created a console application to take out the web piece of it. The problem is the same when accessing directly from a console app also, no change.
I have created stored procedure and student database and also asp.net application for asp.net page but it could not found stored procedure what is the mistake actually I don't no
how can I create stored procedure and write my select statement in it, I know how to create dataset then put type stored procedure and assign it to the sp ... what I want is writing my sp... how can I make it ?

I have a solution that was originally created using VS 2008. I have quite a few unit tests that all passed when ran in VS 2008.
Yesterday I opened this solution in VS 2010 and converted it using the wizard. The solution built just fine, it runs just fine, BUT now all tests that access the db fail. I get the same error on every test (below).
"The runtime has encountered a fatal error. The address of the error was at 0x5b3b5ad7, on thread 0x19a4. The error code is 0xc0000005. This error may be a bug in the CLR or in the unsafe or non-verifiable portions of user code. Common sources of this bug include user marshaling errors for COM-interop or PInvoke, which may corrupt the stack."
In test classes that use ClassInitialize() and ClassCleanup() methods, all the tests fail. All tests fail with the same error, "The agent process was stopped while the test was running." Tests in test classes that do not utilize ClassInitialize() and ClassCleanup() (these tests do not hit the database) all pass.
When this was a VS2008 project all 153 tests passed. No changes have been made to these tests, other than converting the project to a VS2010 project.
I've been playing around with one test class. I commented out the ClassInitialize() and ClassCleanup() methods. I rewrote one test method and mocked everything. I tried running just that one test. I still got the "The agent process was stopped while the test was running" error.

Mocking framework: Not using mocking, I have a db that is destroyed and recreated in MyClassInitialize(), it is populated with known values. Yes, I know I should be using mocking, but this is an older app and it has not been updated with all of the new bells and whistles yet.
DB Framework: NHibernate
Target Framework is 3.5 for all projects in this solution except for the test project. The target framework is 4.0 for the test project. I tried changing it to 3.5, it will not let me.
"Attempted re-targeting of the project has been canceled. You cannot change the specified .NET framework or profile for a test project."

I have a web service that runs a query (from C#) to get a dataset from sql server. I get the following time out error. Googling on this error says, you can set the timeout on command object. But I am not using command object to set the timeout. This is the code I am using to get the dataset.
Initially, I have tried to use stored procedure. But I changed my mind and preferred to call sql query in codebase with command text. However, it stills tries to find initially-called stored procedure (which is neither called or exists).I think that it is related caching. But I tried it with different browsers it did not work.What might be the reason?
I am executing a long-running Oracle stored procedure from .NET. The procedure takes about three hours to run. Ideally, the user should be able to kick off the procedure, close the browser, and come back later to check the results.
The problem is that the connection to the Oracle procedure is lost after exactly an hour. As you would expect, the Oracle procedre runs to completion if it is executed from SQL Plus. Strangely enough, it will also run to completion if I run in debug mode on my local machine (I start two threads, one of which executes the procedure. I set a breakpoint on the second thread).

My Question here:
I have written the above trigger,which would update the value for the corresponding records in another table ie) LeaveCumulative table. The trigger is not updating the value in the designated rows in the leavecumulative table. Whereas when I excute the same update command separately in the Query Editor window the trigger is working fine.
Does anyone know of any requirements to get the Ajax Control Toolkit (Calendar Extension in particular) working in this OS? I have it working on my local macjine (VS 2010 Development Server) but it doesn't work when published to my Virtual Server running Windows Server 2008 R2. I have upto 16 calculators(I mean 16 stored procedures) in one database.How do I log all inputs for each calculater(each stored proc)?.Most of the variables are not populated in the output table so it became hard to reproduce.The variables are not consistant across all the 16 procs . Do I need to set up new table for these inputs?
