Web Forms :: Get Three Vendor Labels On Horizontal Line?

I am new to web forms programming, I have read a book on html and css and I understand enough to be dangerous. I have a form with with a main <div> and using a css style sheet and an ID I have it set to position: relative. Within that div I have a second <div> set to position: absolute. The I placed it where I wanted it and added a gridview. The GridView has a commandfied with a view button. When the button is clicked a panel appears below and display's form data. Note: the Panel is wrapped in an UpdatePanel Where the trigger is the command button in the grid above.
In the panel I have a <table> that is 4X10 I have it layed out where there is text to the left and the a label in the cell next to it. That seems to look ok. Here's a link to the html source [URL] What I cann't figure out is how to get the three vendor labels to be layed out in a horizontal line. I would like them to be displayed spaced apart. I could provide a layout via a pdf if anyone wanted to see it?

I don't know if gnomes came into my office over night, but suddenly things aren't lining up on my form anymore.
I want a label over a text box and both to line up on the left edge.
I made two css classes one for a field that starts on a new row and one for a field that floats left next to a previous field.

For each of these I make divs and put the asp controls in the div
As usual the designer completely lies about how things will really look. When I view my site the labels are above and about 1 character to the left of the textboxes underneath and my check box control somehow decided to go to a newline for each word in it's label.
I can't figure out what I did wrong. I've went over the css several times.

In chrome&FF It show correct but in IE size of line is thicker than 1px .
I want it show my horizental line 1px in IE too.

In my aspx page there is tow label one is mobile no and second is land line no, when user click on the link button "Laandline No" a three text boxes should be visibal automatically and under this horizontal line display and when user click again textbox should be visibal false and horizontal line display under the mobile no. In short horizontal line change the position dynamically.

I am making asp.net website. In that there is a link button (named Landline number).Below that there are three textboxes. And after that there is one horizontal line.
Now at a first time only link button and horizontal will be visible, and textboxes which is bellowed to link button will not be visible. Now if user will click on the link button then textboxes which is bellowed to link button will be visible. Then horizontal line which is at the first time bellowed to the link button should be adjust to its location and should go after textboxes.
And if user clicks to link button again then textboxes should be visible false. And horizontal line should be displayed its original position that is bellowed to the link button. Of course I am able to do with visibility of textboxes but I can not understand how to change the position of the horizontal line dynamically?

I have a page with a datalist on it, with an image button and some labels in the datalist item(1,2)..
I have some more labels on the page which get their values from querystrings(17,18)..
I have more labels which are empty (34,35)
On image click in the datalist item, i want the labels from that item to add with the labels outside of the datalist, and the last lot of labels to show this number..
Currently it doesnt do this. Here is my code:

Our internal HR application is developed by the vendor, but I've been given a requirement to change the behaviour of a certain piece of functionality without their assistance (which I don't want to do, but am investigating...). The functionality in question is an .ashx page which does a number of database lookups, and is called via javascript functions on a web page. We want to add one further database lookup.
We have control over the javascript code, so that's not a problem, but the code for the .ashx page is held in a compiled assembly. I've found where it is, and looked into it using .Net Reflector. Reimplementing the methods involved wouldn't be difficult, if it were technically feasible.
Can I create a new assembly, paste the source taken using Reflector into it, make my modifications, add the DLL to the application, and then set up a new .ashx to refer to it?
The bits I'm worried about not being possible are:
The code refers to some vendor classes held in other assemblies; can I just add references to those assemblies in Visual Studio to allow it to compile, and then when it's compiled and put on the server it'll all work?
Will I have trouble getting the web application to accept the new DLL, given that generally this application is not something we make changes to ourselves?
EDIT:
Some clarification: I'm not actually planning to replace the vendor's DLL with one of my own, that does sound like going a bit too far. Instead, I would make a new DLL with just the one function in it I need (based on stuff taken from the existing DLL using Reflector). I'd need that code to reference other utility vendor code so that it can get at classes needed to access the framework. I'd make a brand new .ashx page to serve up the code in the new DLL.
Luckily after all this I'm off the hook, because my customer agrees that things aren't desperate enough for us to attempt all this!

I am using a textbox to populate mySQL database. My problem is when I recall the text it displays without line brakes or line spacing, inserted in the input textbox. I have tried all the field types i.e. Text, Small, Medium Text and Chars. I have tried gridview, repeater and datalist all displaying continuous text without line brakes.

I insert a text box, change the parameters to multi line and then pass the string to sql. Users insert comments etc, using line breaks, however because I just pass this as a string the line breaks are not there when they view the text box after input. I am creating a wizard with a radiobuttonlist inside it. There are no style sheets being applied and I have the RepeatDirection set to Horizontal and the RepeatColumns set to 5. I have also tried changing the RepeatLayout from Table to Flow and nothing works. I want the radiobuttonlist to show up horizontally, but it keeps showing up virtically. Let me rephrase that. In the Design view in VS2010 it looks fine. However, when I view the live web page, the darn thing keeps going virtical.
