C# - How To Make Validation For A Textbox That Accept Only Comma(,) & Digit
May 22, 2010I am working on a website. I am using C# 2008. I want to make a text box that accept only numbers & comma(,). for example-919981424199,78848817711,47171111747 or there may be a single number like 919981424199.
I was able to do one thing My text box only containing number by using this Regular Expression validation.in its property->Validation Expression i wrote "[0-9]+". This is working but now my requirement is to send bulk SMS & each number is separated by (,).

Oct 26, 2010I have a regular expression validation set on text box. I have a grid on the same page with edit and delete buttons. In some cases I don't want the regular expression to fire. For example, I have a scenario where the text box will be disabled but I can still enter data in to the grid and modify it, but the regular expression fires when I modify the grid and the changes in the grid are not processed.how can I stop the validation when I am working on grid. I can see a property causes validation for button to stop validation but don't know how can I stop for the grid.

May 7, 2012I having a two radio button. When the second radio button is enabled, a text box which accept the email id will appear. I am validating the Email using Regular expression validator.
When the second radio button is clicked, and I enter the invalid email id so that it shows me and error. But when I click the first radio button, it is showing the save validation. I need this to not show the validation when the first radio button is clicked and invalid email id is there in the text box.
