C# - Set Attribute With JS And Grab It By ControlID In Code-behind?

I can get the stored procedures and then fill a dropdown with them, but what I cannot find at this point is how to get the parameters that each stored procedure needs. Apr 1, 2010I have an ASP.NET Webforms site that is regularly having features added.The majority of time a new WebControl is added to the page and I need to increment the TabIndex to all subsequent controls on the page.I'd prefer a more robust solution than choosing an arbitrary gap between the initial assigned tab indexes. Setting the tab indexes using the designer tab order functionality is one option but I'd prefer to stay in the source view.Ideally, if I had, for example, three check boxes I'd like to be able to define the tabindex based off the previous controls tabindex. Then I'd only need to insert the new control and change one existing control.For example, add a new property TabIndexAfterControlId to WebControl:

For example: we have 2 pages - page1 with datapager1 and page2 with listview and datapager2. If i put datapager2 in page2 and set pagecontrollid to listview everything is ok. i wonder is there a way to set programatically the same in page1 so we could get te pagecount for other page.
Web Forum is a perfect example - we have posts count, when we click on datapager in topics list, it redirects us on selected page with posts for selected topic (i assume its on other page).

Removing Readonly Attribute From Textbox Using Client Side Code
Mar 5, 2010I have a multiline textbox that by default, is set to ReadOnly. I would like a button on the page to change the control to allow it to be edited. I would like this code to run on the client side because the page renders slowly and I'd like to avoid the post back.
The problem I'm having is the javascript code that I wrote to remove the readonly attribute appears to have no effect. I posted a stripped down example that illustrates the problem for your review.

C# - MVC: Filtering/Varying By Http Status Code In OutputCache Attribute
Jul 1, 2010In the ASP.NET MVC site that I'm writing, I'm building a generic Error Action that is routed to by an HttpModule, following this tutorial. In this Action, I will return a View corresponding to the status code that is applied to the response inside the HttpModule (after doing this, the module transfers the request over to the Action in question).
That's all good, except that I want to implement caching. I don't want to use the OutputCache attribute without filtering/varying, because that would mean that the page would be cached once. I want the page to be cached once for every possible status code.
Is it possible to somehow filter/vary with OutputCacheAttribute's properties, so that each Response.StatusCode is cached separately?
