I have 3 .net Lists items,I need to merge them all into one,to order them and bind them to a datagrid. However,I need a way of indicating which original list each item came from,so that I can identify this in the datagrid (change color or font etc).
I have a label that I am adding dynamically and I would like it to be a custom Font (I know this font works in many browswers because its the default to our companies website).I want to change the font to "Palatino Linotype" but am unsure as to how this is possible. I thought it would be as simple as: Label1.Font = "Palatino Linotype"; however, this is not the case.
I have trie:
Font Palatino_Linotype = new Font("Palatino Linotype", 12); Label24.Font = Palatino_Linotype;
I get the error before compile:
Cannont implicitly convert type 'System.Drawing.Font' to 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.FontInfo'.
I need to change the font size of bold thing below. I have a css for use but this bold part needs font changed to 8px instead of 10(css). how to change in Code behind.
That's my CSS above. Unfortunately, the Menu text still shows the hyperlink-blue color instead of White. However, if I putForeColor="White", then it works. I'd rather not do that. I'd like to be able to set it with CSS. HTML below.
I want to change the font size/text size of radiobuttonlist. I used the following code:
<asp:RadioButtonList ID="rblCatName" runat="server" Font-Size="9px" AutoPostBack="true" RepeatDirection="Horizontal" onselectedindexchanged="rblCatName_SelectedIndexChanged"> but it is working. I also tried in the code behind but is not working:
[Code].....
what is should do to change the radiobuttonlist font size.
I using iTextSharp dll. I have PDF template and I create a finished form from this template. I want to change font for all pdf, but I can't. I add "AddSubstitutionFont" in PdfStamper, but in pdf is default font. I tried with AcroFields.SetFieldProperty(....); and AcroFields.SetField(...); but labels is again with default font.
While populating the tree-view I have a requirement to bind the one particular level with a different colour. So, I am binding it as below
foreach (DataRow row in dr.GetChildRows("rsParentChild")) { TreeNode cChild; if (row["NAME"].ToString() != "") { if (row["Level"].ToString().Trim() == "4") { string strColor = "DarkOrange"; string fname = "<font id=" + row["NAME"].ToString() + " color ='" + strColor + "'>" + row["NAME"].ToString() + "</font>"; cChild = new TreeNode(fname, row["ID"].ToString()); } }
Now when the tree view loads, the required level 4 nodes are populated in DarkOrange. But, when any node is selected the backcolour changes as #6f9dd9 as per the style specified in the markup. But the fore-colour does not change.
Not sure if this can be done. The requirement is to change the font for part of the text in a textbox when a semi-colon (keyCode 186) is typed. This is an ASP.NET 3.5 app. Our corporate environment only uses IE so there are no cross-browser compatability issues. I have written this much so far in jQuery:
[Code]....
This is pretty close. As soon as the first semi-colon is typed, the font of the entire textbox changes to italics. As soon as the second semi-colon is typed, the font changes back. The requirement is that the font be normal until the first semi-colon is typed and then everything between the first and second semi-colon must be in italics. After the second semi-colon, the remaining characters must revert back to normal. This is an example of the text correctly formatted: This is the start; of the string and this is; the end of the string.
Is it possible to change the font style of only the middle part of the text string? If so, it probably involves creating a range that starts with is the whatever character position of the first semi-colon + 1 and ending at the second semi-colon, right? I just can't seem to wrap my head around this one.
My class names are this annoyingly bright-blue color and I can't figure out which display item class names would fall into under the fonts and colors option.
I have two panels in a formview. The first panel has a dynamically set image to be used as a stationary background and it has a fixed size. Inside of this panel, I have a second panel with its Z-index set to overlay the first panel. This second "text" panel has five labels in it. These five labels contain text of varying lengths. Some much longer than others.
How can I dynamically change the font size of the labels in the second panel (or the panel as a whole) so that the text (remember it has verying lengths) is contained within the margins of the stationary panel?
I am not certain that using panels is the right way to accomplish this, but could find no other way to do the overlay concept.
I want to be able to change the font size of the span style dynamically depending on how many days in the month will be filled up. I am using a calendar object and if only 7 days are filled up so far I want to make the font larger for the user. As the month fills up more days and I want to make the font smaller, so it will all fit on the page better. Is there a way to do this?Dim linkstr as string
I want to change the font size of my gridview in javascript because i am creating a printable version. How can I change the font size in javascript for the gridview?
