Why Not Session_End Event Won't Get Fired If Session Mode Is OUTProc

I've some doubts on sessions in asp.net. If the client send a first request to a website then in response the site sends a sessionId which will be stored in browser as a sessioncookie upto this point its clear for me. If the same client sends the second request the session ID should send to the server to idetify the user.my question is How this will be send to the server?
second question: why not the session_End event won't get fired if the session mode is OUTProc??if i want to execute some code when session ends where can i put that code??

in my web app users login to website normally and they have tagged in user table in database as online user in Session_End i want to log them outIn Session_End i have no access to HttpContext.Current.Session or Session only they are both null how can i access to session variable at (Session_End) event.

I'm creating web application behind load balancer. To this moment I configured it to store session in database but I'm not sure how should I handle session expiration. The problem is not sessions are not removed from database but Session_End event because I have to call some web service method in it.
Assuming Session_End is called when expires the thing I'm afraid of is situation when session is created on one server but finished on another. In this case I'm afraid Session_End on first server will be executed prematurely and I will call web service too early. What would you suggest in this situation?
Edit:
I remember some time ago reading about Sql Agent reacting to session end event and then performing custom code. Can anybody confirm that this solution is possible?

I have one Button (Refresh Button), One ComboBox (containing DEV and UAT as its items) and a GridView on my asp page.
I am filling up my Grid with values from database on the ComboBox's 'TextChanged' event and Buttons's 'Click' event.
First time when page is loaded, there is no information in the grid, but when i choose DEV/UAT from the ComboBox 'TextChanged' event is fired, the grid is filled with the relevant data. That is what i want.
When i click the Refresh Button to refresh the data again, first comboBox's 'TextChanged' event and then 'btn_Click' event is fired.
I want then when a button id pressed only 'Click' event to be fired and not the ComboBox's 'TextChanged' event.

There is a bug in jQuery 1.4.2 that makes change event on select-element getting fired twice when using both DOM-event and a jQuery event, and this only on IE7/8.Here is the test code:

I am working on a website and this is my first web project. Scenario for Session I have created a database for my project with security level little bit high. I want to manage session for each and every user who is logging in to my website. Session state can be used using Cookie as well as URL, only one at a time. Now I went over with all four session state modes. i.e 1. InProc 2. State Server 3. Sql Server 4. Custom
Now after reviewing from all these modes I am in confusion which one should I use Sql Server or Custom. Basically i want to store session related information in my own database instead of Aspnet_db which is a default database provided by microsoft. I have created all tables related to login and registration. But I dont know how to store session into my database. What tables do I need to create so as to maintain into database. I want to create a complete log of session and login related information into my database(Persistant atleast for 1 year). I want to use machinekey as AES and SHA1.

What all things do i need to specify in webconfig? My Data Source= 192.168.1.5 Database name= db.mdf What I need to know about. What tables do i need to add to my database to store session related information. eg. Session id (Any other field is also stored or not), Session Time, Session Start Time, Session End Time, Session Expire Time. I dont know what all things are usually taken. Do I need to encrypt Session Id
before storing into database. If Yes Encryption will be automatic or do i need to write some code to do this other than that I wrote in web config above. How mode='custom' will be used into web config using my database. in following code

I'm having trouble managing how to call upon databind from clicking on a row over an already populated repeater that will populate data regarding the row clicked TO another repeater on the same page.
I've succeeded doing that with postback, calling a jquery click event of that row, taking the data of the specific row and passing it onto a "Querystring" and after postpack, it will be pushed into a Session which the ObjectDataSource of the secondary repeater will recognize and populate the data tables accordingly.
The problem is, I must do it without a postback or in other words purely on client side.

I have 3 Checkbox named as ParentChk1, ParentChk2, ParentChk3 and i having three childcheckboxlist. Each ParentChk want to enable corresponding childcheckboxlist. Now issue is while i am checking ParentChk1 and ParentChk2 continuously, the ParentChk1 checking event is not fired. But if i checking ParentChk2 after few seconds of checking the ParentChk1 , that checking event trigger properly.

User selects a date from the date-picker and the date is put into a text-box.
But when i choose a date some date should check another text box date and give me the difference. The selection-change event does not fire (as expected).

I have implement GridView Row Editing feature in my .net application using <asp:CommandField.
I clicked on Update button to save the record after editing the row.Now if i refresh the page or press F5 GridView_RowCommand fired again. How can we avoid this.Is there any mechanism to identify when user press F5 OR refresh the page.Is there any method in client side or in server side.
