I am having a problem loging in the user from master page

In my application i use iframe (to be more specific; Greybox tool). Sometimes i had an unkown error when i open page in iframe. Then i applied this fix : [URL] and that unknown error disseppeared. But i have another problem now:( I am using following script to focus to the first textbox whenever my input pages are opened in iframe.

After i applied previous fix, i get this error when i load page in iframe for the first time :
Can't move focus to the control because it is invisible, not enabled, or of type that does not accept focus.
Here, txt_PID doesnt contain any ajaxtoolkit things. (also Enabled= true and Visible=true etc.) . Last thing, my current test page contains just 3 controls: txt_PID just plain Asp.TextBox ajaxHTMLEditor another textboxt with MaskedEditExtender. If i remove HTMLEditor from page; i dont get that error( Can't move focus...) and also i dont get first error which i applied that fix in toolkit.
I have a strange problem on a website with security user & roles active on it, the thing that happens is that if a user hit's the site defaults page he is auto logged in as another user? I have made my site structure like this : On my master page
A loginview with a loggedin & anonymous template on it, when I user is logged in he gets his name & logout button, otherwise a username login textbox and button. A menu that is build from a database depending on the rolde of the auth. user Site structure ROOT

I have created a master page with a Login Control, however it does not authenticate, the page will refresh and display the anonymous template of the LoginView control. LoginView control works if I place in into ContentPlace holder.

Means how can we upload that file to the server as we are doing in Classic Asp.net File Upload Control ?
Also when we are selecting file from "Select File" Button file are started to upload but where it is uploading selected file ?

This part works. The menu items are populated with the correct navigate URLs. The content page allows users to change parameters that are inside an update panel.

After the values are updated, the LoadShareMenu function is called again. I have verified through the debugger that the function is being passed the updated values and that the returned RadMenu is populated with the correct NavigateURLs. However, the RadMenu control on the webpage remains unchanged. I was working on an asp.net 3.5 website and used ajaxtoolkit in it and when I use it in my page it was registered as below

and it was working well even After I upgraded my wevbsite to .net version 4 but when I started a new website from scratch in vs2010 using .net4 when I use ajax toolkit in this new site it is registered as folowing

and when I run the page I get the error The Controls collection cannot be modified because the control contains code blocks (i.e. <% ... %>) I don't Know what is the reason for this. I noticed another thing. in my old website I was using thckbox script by using the files common.js, jquery-1.3.2.js,jquery.thickbox.js and puting them in a Javascript folder ad then registering them in Script manager as following

I have used modal pop ajax control in master page. It is working fine in all other page. But in other page search, data insert operation is not happening ? i m not getting the error. could u give me some idea ?

I'm using an UpdatePanel (with UpdateMode conditional) and in the ContentTemplate I've got a Login control. Even though the control is embedded in the UpdatePanel as soon as the Login-button is hit a full page postback is being done. I've read some posts on the subject indicating that these controls are incompatible - but these posts already date from 2 years ago. Does anybody have more recent information on the subject?

The login.aspx page uses a master page and styles in a stylesheet located in a folder off the root directory called 'Styles'. I have also add the following to my config file.

When the page displays, the login page displays with the master page content, however all of the styles are missing. When I embed styles into the master page the styles show properly, so I know the problem is that the styles are not being accessed from the file. how I can authorize access to the stylesheet?
