I've a list page with check box for each row.When records are selected by checking the Checkbox, it will open a pop-up window for those selected records .When the pop-up is closed, i want to retain he checked status of the checkbox in the base page, just to keep track of what i selected. But curently it is not happening.

I have 2 iframes in my page and 2 separate pages linked to each of these iframes. In one iframe page a tab control is placed with treeview on each tabs and the tree items are selectable (treeview with checkbox). On navigation of one tab from other an XML document stored in session is being updated with the selected treenode values.
The second iframe page is places on right side of the page which summarize the selected made on the each tabs. To do this, the page is getting loaded on tab navigation and in page load of that page, the treeview id created and displayed. We created the treeview as an object and kept in session variable then added into a panel. The only modified areas require to be updated instead of binding the entire tree on each tab's navigation.
1. The treeview must retain it's collapse/expand status on tab navigation which is not happening now.
2. When I set EnableClientScript property to true, I'm getting error on expand/collapse as Undefined 'somenodename' error. If I set the value as false, then postback is happening which should not.
I have an html checkbox that controls a list of checkboxes. I want this checkbox to display in a sorta "null" state where it is neither true nor false.

View 3 RepliesI have a situation where I need to databind a string array to a CheckBoxList. The decision if each item should be checked, or not, needs to be done by using a different string array. Here's a code sample:
string[] supportedTransports = ... ;// "sms,tcp,http,direct"

// bind supportedTransports to the CheckBoxList
TransportsCheckBoxList.DataSource = supportedTransports;

This binds nicely, but each item is unchecked. I need to query transports, somehow, to determine the checked status. I am wondering if there is an easy way to do this with CheckBoxList or if I have to create some kind of adapter and bind to that?

In asp.net mvc when validation fails error message is disaplayed on same view, values entered by user are lost . Also all the drop down list items needs to be passed again in the viewData. I want to reach checked rows item in ASP.Net Listview control.
For example:
if 3 Lines of Listview checked, I want to reach checked items value in listview.
I am using the AJAX ReorderList, and inside the ItemTemplate I have a label and a checkbox. Now when in firefox I am able to change the checkbox checked state, but in IE it won't allow me to do anything with it. Its weird because the checkbox becomes that blue colour like when it gets focus, but it won't put the check in it or call the postback. The ReorderList is inside an UpdatePanel, so that I can monitor when the check changes on its postback. Below is the code:
