i am sending mail message using smtp,,,i want to send mail message with attachments....but i do not know how to set path.

I have an asp.net panel having various controls including gridview. I have converted this panel into pdf and attached it as an email attachment using memory stream. Everything is working fine. Now I have an File upload control outside panel through which I have to attach a file and send it in mail along with the already attached panel. But I am unable to figure out how to do it.

and then it gives me an exception file not found.
Is there any control which has to browse folder path alone instead of selecting folder path + file ?any server side or client side control ?

But when i add them back i get the error below: we manage our files and content thru a content management system, so thats the reason for the links as they are with the "id=" copying the link into a browser works, but i need to attach the physical file to an email to send. I have put all the webforms to do with Account Login and Update into their own separate folder. The folder is called { Account } in the application root.
My Site.Master is also at the application root, along with other files (e.g. Default.aspx .. etc).
This image file path breaks when I view the pages inside the Account Folder:
