Web Forms :: Shows Bordered TextBox And Browse Button On Right Side Instead Of Left

I am facing problem with diplaying FileUpload control on my aspx page. The problem is that when I drag the control in design view, it is showing a bordered TextBox and a Browse button on it right side but when I run my application, the button becomes "Choose File" button and TextBox appears at the right side of the button instead of left side and also it does not have any border. When I select a file, it is only showing a file name instead of the complete path. let me know that how could I display this control the same way as it was displaying during design time? I am using below code to display the control.
My problem is that I want to create pdf file through asp.net.like i have a textbox nd 2 buttons like button name is browse.when i click on button then dialog box appear and select the file path and click the another button to genrate pdf file?

I have a textbox that I need to enter a path directory into, for storage in my database. For example, I need to enter "D:DocumentsFilesPhotos"
Is there a way to browse the server directory in a similar fashion to the FileUpload control? I do not need to upload a file, I just need exactly the same functionality as the textbox part of the FileUpload control! (i.e. When you click in the textbox, a browser opens, you select the folder, the path is filled into the textbox for you) P.S. I searched a few existing posts already on this, but several were dead ends, hence another post!
I want to ask you about tab containers. Is there any way to set tab pages vertically on left side of tab container. some kind of vertical tab...Example
My master page is left navigation bar. It displays correctly on my aspx pages, but the other content of the aspx page is displayed right underneath the master page content. I don't want anything to be displayed under the left navigation bar. I want the other stuff to be displayed on the right side of the navigation bar. Is their any way I can do that. below is my code
a) As far as I know, GridView's RowStyle-HorizontalAlign property should overwrite CSS's text-align property, and thus text inside GridView's cells should be located on the left side of the cells, but is instead moved to the right side. Why is that?
b) Similarly, RowStyle-Font-Bold should overwrite CSS's font-weight property and thus fonts shouldn't be in bold. But again, CSS's property overwrites RowStyle's Font-Bold property. Why?

I have this issue i have been looking at for a while and cant seem to figure it out. I have two ddl's on my page and a InsertCommand from sqldatasource. My InsertCommand is actually updating the foreign key of the two ddl's in another table. When i click on my button it shows two numbers instead of one. The challenging thing now is that i have
DDLName.Items.RemoveAT("itemName.SelectedIndex")
after the insert so it would not duplicate what i am updating. If i take this statement out of my code. it updates well as in showing the one record that was updated. if i put it back in there it shows two records where updated. I tested my sql statement and its working fine meaning it shows only one record is updating.
I have two textboxes where the user will input integers - i need to do a validation on these textboxes: txtStartIndex should be less than txtEndIndex - this works except with either one of the textboxes is left empty/blank how can i fix this?

I am trying to create a form which has about 5 input file controls, when a user clicks on Browse button and selects a file, I would like to send the filepath and the button id to server through javascript/jquery and verify whether the path of the file is correct if so change the color of a checkbox on the form. I would like to do this without form submission as I have multiple files all I want to do just verify the path and not really upload the path.
