'Unable To Automatically Step Into The Server ' Error?

I am making a functionality where I can drag and drop outlook email from Inbox to my C#.NET application. I have this function:
emailItem = ExchangeWebServiceWrapper.EWSWrap.GetEmailFromInternetMessageID(serviceBinding, Request.Form[
"txtImportMessageID"].ToString());
It is working fine. Values of both serviceBinding ad txtImportMessageID are seen while debugging and emailItem gets populated.
When I drag and drop an outlook email from some other custom folder, while debugging through the above function, emailItem is null and i get this error : 'Unable to automatically step into the server machine failed. The Microsoft Visual Studio Remote Debugging Monitor (MSVSMON.EXE) does not appear to be running on the remote computer.

I have a VB.NET VS2010 solution with a WinForms project that calls a web site project in the same solution. I can step into this web method: <WebMethod()> Public Function GetStartUpData() As DataSet and other web methods, but not the following method. I wonder if it has to do with the fact that that is the only web method that uses a parameter of Nullable type. I am using a wizard with 2 steps: Step 1: I enter some values in few textboxes, which in turn are stored in some hidden variables Step 2: There are some more textboxes including the texboxes in step 1 Example: in step 1 there are two textboxes Customer Name & Email ID In step 2 there are two more texboxes Customer Name, Email ID, Company Name and Age Now the values in step 1 are stored in 2 hidden variables lblCustomerName and lblEmailId respectively. Now how do I automatically populate these two fields which are already entered in step 1, in the textboxes present in step 2, is my question?

I am unable to connect to my local instance of SQL Server 2008 Express using SQL Server Management Studio.I believe the problem is related to a change I made to the connection protocols. Before the error occurred, I had Shared Memory enabled and Named Pipes and TCP/IP disabled. I then enabled both Named Pipes and TCP/IP, and this is when I started experiencing the problem.
I have now set Named Pipes and TCP/IP back to disabled. When I try to connect to the server with SSMS (with either my SQL server sysadmin login or with windows authentication), I get the following error message:
"A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 0 - No process is on the other end of the pipe.) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 233)"
My first question here is: why is it returning a Named Pipes error? Why isn't it using Shared Memory? It seems like it is not listening on Shared Memory for some reason?When I set Named Pipes to enabled and try to connect, I get the same error message.My windows account is does not have administrator priviliges on my computer.

Well as the title says I am a total noob to web programming. I have experience in XHTML and CSS and that is it, and it is time to expand my knowledge and start making much better websites
I have a project to completely rewrite the site [URL] and want to do it in ASP.NET rather then PHP, and since I do not know either language I would rather learn this one instead.
My question is simple, where do I start? I learn well by reading books and doing examples and building example websites, that sort of stuff. Can anyone suggest any good book titles that will get me started in the right direction? A friend sent me the PDF version of the book: "Learning ASP.NET 3.5, 2nd Edition (Build web applications with ASP.NET 3.5, AJAX, Linq and MORE)." This is so far the only resource I have. The only thing about that book is that it promotes using the WYSIWYG style of web design and I
have always been tought to stay away from that.

I have created a User Control with 2 Textboxes and a Button. Then I have built that control into my Master Page. I have also created the code easily enough for the login - see below;

However, I have a problem. I want to do the following;
1. Let them Login
2. Let them Logout
3. And I want to try and use this code into a Global Variable
What is the easiest way possible to do this, as I do NOT want to use the Asp.Net Login facilities already provided.

I'm a bit of a beginner to ASP.NET and I'm having a trouble connecting to SQL Server Express.
I'm using Windows 7 and have tried connecting to my database using both Windows authentication and a user account I setup in SQL Server.
I've include the code I'm using below (using the account I setup in SQL Server):

The error I get is that it can't login using the login details provided

I get error message "Unable to start debugging on the web server" in Visual Studio 2010. I clicked the button and followed the related suggestions without success.
This happens with a newly created local ASP.Net project when modified to use IIS instead of Cassini (which works for debugging). It prompts to set debug="true" in the web.config and then immediately pops up the error. Nothing shows up in the Event Viewer.
I am able to attach to w3wp to debug. It works but is not as convenient as F5.
I also have a similar problem with VS2008 on the same PC. Debugging used to work for both.
I have re-registered Framework 4 (aspnet_regiis -i). I ran the VS2010 repair (this is the RTM version). I am running on a Windows Server 2008 R2 x64 box.
I do have Resharper V5 installed.
