I have 2 webforms default.aspx and default1.aspx.In default.aspx I have a button on button click event it redirects to default1.aspx?sno=1
then on default1.aspx I have a button back. On back button click the user is redirected to previous page default.aspx.

When user click the menu then open the page with a new tab(Like web Browser).I want to create, when user back any previous tab(page) the will be show the previous data without loading 2nd time( like browser tab). I am using an image button and on click of it i want to go to visited page.

It is going to previous page, but when i am in a page of some user details where the link is looks like - users.aspx?userid=25 and i visit some other page and click back(image button) i want to see the same serdetail page. How to track that.
In My Web Application i have one master page and Sign out button in menu. When i click log out button logout.aspx will load. i wrote the following code in that page form_load

I am using ASP.NET 2.0 with C#(No AJAX) in my project. In a particular web page, when the a button is clicked, some server intensive processing occurs before the same page is displayed again with the results. While code execution happens on the server in response to Button_Click event, a blank white page is shown to user on his browser in between post backs.
How do i show a message in this case, that the processing is still going on and ask the user to wait.
I have used javascript to show a message on page unload. But this message is also erased when the page is posted back to the server and the user sees a blank white page on his browser. How do i avoid this white page? Is there a way to show a message in the blank white page ?
i use modal popup extender to show my details in another separate window it is a panel contains some controls the problem is ::

the Show() method the parent page just frozen and no popup appears at all on the other side i have a grid view when i click on the last button on it the popup appears where the other buttons on the grid view make the same behavior of my first button , i donot know what is the problem my panel visibility = true and no setting in my behind code..i view the source and i find the panel with its contents then why the popup window doesnot appear.

I am using ASP.Net AjaxControllTookit Tab Container and I have 9 tabs , on each tab panel i have some asp elements and a "prev" and "next" asp buttons. How to navigate next or prev on these asp buttons clicks.

I am having problem while using onclick="javascript:history.back();" with Aspnet. In the first page i filled some data and click search button it show some results, i click on particular result for its details which navigate to the 2nd page but when i click on custom back button it refresh the page and all data set to initial values,when i use onclick="javascript:history.back();" I get nothing but the page displays "webpage has expired."

View 1 RepliesI want to show 10 rows in listview on page load and at bottom of listview search result, a linkbutton indicating there are more rows as per this search criteria.
If user click this linkbutton next 10 rows will be shown with addition of first 10 result that means listview show 20 result. Now If there are more result linkbutton will display show more else linkbutton will be hide.
I am able to bind 10 rows on listview but when I click on linkbutton next page with only 10 rows is shown , it doesn't display 20 result on same page. How I can handle this , I also tried with this link that show data on scroll but unable to do.

How can I get the previous and next buttons to correspond with what page I am on. So say I am looking at the calendar in days. And I'm on Thursday 2/18/10, and I want that next link button to go to Friday 2/19/10. But also need it to go to the next week or month, depending on how i'm looking at the calender. So I need one linkbutton to be able to do multiple steps.
