This is my first Ajax testing page and after configuration, Ajax controls are not showing on my page at all. I dont know whats going wrong with it.
I have one editor control. Its a very basic page and simple code. I am not getting any compiler warnigns. I also tried Calander Extender but nothing showed up.

there is no errors, I've tested and debugged the code inside GetCustomers() and it returns the data - just doesn't display it.
I have a web page with two tabs, "Release Inventory" and "Recreate Pull Sheet". I am using a tab container and tab panels. It looks fine in the design view but as soon as I view it in a brower the tabs don't show up. All I see is the Header text for the tabs. It looks like this:
"Release InventoryRecreate Pull Sheet"
You can click "Release Inventory" or "Recreate Pull Shee" and you will see the information in the tabs, but the actual tab appearance is not showing up.

I have one update panel in which i have dropdownlist, textbox,gridview but on filtering data it take time to show record i have set this in update panel but it not showing me a loading gif

I am tring to get modal popup when enter value in one text box then click the button modal popup will show , without entering the value in textbox, button validation to enter the value. I written javascript validation to the button ,it showing alert message, but after showing alert message clicking ok button in alert window modalpopup is showing . How can i resolve it .

I have a user control.The User control contains many DIV tags. Each DIv contains update panel and javacript.At a time only one DIV is visible.
Visibility is handled in c# code behind. Show the second DIV by clicking on a button in first DIV.The user control is in another update panel.
When showing the second DIV the JavaScript inside the second DIV is not working.
I'm trying to add a modal popup extender to a site I'm working on, which I've done before, but its not working. The markup below is inside an update panel in my site and the function is in the code file. how I can get this to work? I've tried re-downloading the AJAX dll and replacing it but that didn't change anything and some of the controlsare working (like the slideshow extender but not the hovermenu extender or parts of the html editor control, both of which I also need to use) which leads me to believe my web.config is correct.

I am having a problem with the modal popup in that it never seems to popup and can be seen behind the background and not able to be accessed. I have tried setting the z-index of the panel above that of the background using css but this makes no difference.

Currently having problems with a modal popup. When you click its target control it will show up the hide itself again.
View 6 RepliesI have a ClendarExtender on a page within a <td> of a table. When the calendar pops up it shows only the day "SU" and the four or five Sunday dates for that month. Otherwise it works perfectly.
After much knashing of teeth I finally removed a table width "{table width:1004px;}" from my stylesheet and now the calendar works as it should. Is there a way around this problem? I would like to keep the table width in the stylesheet. It is too late in the development to switch away from tables to a css layout.
It was supposed (in sample bellow) to see in browser, when user click button, a list with 4 itens, but I can see only a Blank TextBox and a Button.
What I´m doing wrong?

i m using ajax validatorCalloutextender with regular expression validator(for numeric values). It is working fine on a textbox but with same code on another textbox it is showing error msg this control is valid inspite of showing required error msg. The code is same for both textboxes.

On a page I have a gridview with a rowcommand for opening a ModalPopup:

The first time I click on any row's rowcommand the popup shows. And then I click Cancel on the popup and it closes (code behind: mpe.Hide();). But the, if I click on any rowcommand again nothing happens - the popup wont show anymore...
I am using datalist with one image in item template.

I've read through the samples and did a quick search on here, but cannot work out why it isn't working.

I've even tried adding an asmx file, and that doesn't work either.
I get no errors and when I start typing nothing happens, it doesn't even produce a list after 3 characters.
I tried to debug and it doesn't debug through the code, skips it completely.
I am defining custom css styles for tabcontainer and accordion. Somehow I am not able to set the background image.. I mean the background image does not show up at all. Everything else works fine... fonts, background colors, padding etc.. but the background image won't show.For example, in the css file I have:
