AJAX :: Getting 404 Error - Running Gridview

I have a master page with an update panel. I have stripped out all the code apart from updating a label with the time

When the timer event is firast fired then the label updates with the time, however when the timer event is fired a second time ( 10 secounds later ) I get a 404 error. I was running a gridview in this but have stripped back to a label to try and find out why this is occurring.

I'm developing on an existing software (PLM) with visual studio 2008, a new ascx page.

I have developed the asp.net 3.5 ajax enabled web application and it is working well for me. i have included ajaxtoolkit dll and used the ajax tool kit controls in my application. And i copied the application source to another computer and open in visual studio 2008. i have installed the asp.net 3.5 in this computer. now the problem is, when i run the application getting error in web.config file. the error is in script. i guess the issue is because of ajax. what i need to do. should i install the ajax latest version in this machine. if so, where can i download the ajax latest version.

Some of pages only produce this issues.Other forms are working perfectly.Without running application in IIS Its working perfectly.

The website has a separate application pool defined for it running under the Network Service account. I have checked the settings for the virtual directory for the application but nothing seems wrong. I have tried defining the trust level in web.config to full trust but this does not fix the issue. I have looked into defining the trust level for the application through the machine.config file but I am unsure of how to proceed with this.

I have developed a MVC web application in both 3.5 and 4.0 versions.I have deployed both applications in IIS6.0 and configured proper asp.net versions in IIS for each website.But after deploying , the 4.0 application is working and 3.5 application is throwing error as "The website declined to show this webpage".I have even used different application pools for the websites.

Created SSIS package, it runs fine I import it into Stored packages in Integration Services, I right click and click "Run Package" it runs fine Create a new job to run the package and I get errors
The package runs an Execute Package task. That seems to be where the errors occur. But it runs fine in all circumstances except from a "job".
Note: ALL THE ERRORS ARE IN TASKS THAT CONNECT TO A REMOTE SERVER.

I created subdirectory Store in IIS 7 root page and converted it to application and added .NET 3.5 mvc musicstore sample to it. App pool is classic and isapi dll handler is added for request path *

I have a fairly big ASP.NET 3.5 website that refuses to open any page via the 'View in Browser' option of VS2010, i.e. the LocalHost facility does not work. All I get is a 'File Not Found' error.
Two other ASP.NET 4.0 sites (which are much simpler and do not have any SQL Server connections) can be viewed without any problem via the LocalHost service.
