i have 2 time selector in repeater now how to save value of TimeSelector in database
Ive got a webform with multiple textbox+autocomplete inside a Tabcontainer.
Only happens with those autocomplete inside the Tabcontainer.
In IE and Chrome is working OK. The problem only happens at the start of the page. After the autocomplete is filled, the problem disappears.

I have a form XXX.aspx where user would enter data and click Submit. On submit, all the data would be saved in my database and the user is redirected to a second page(which would open in a new window).I am trying to reset the form before the user is redirected to second page. But all the fields are populated as it is when the new window opens up.My reset works if Response.Redirect is commented. But the XXX.aspx (with fields reset) is also opened in a new window. The first window has the form still populated. How do I reset the controls in my first window.Please help me on this. I am towards end of my project and have got stuck on this.

View 2 RepliesI have a web form, and an "add vendor" button. Click the button, a modal dialog pops up (ajax:ModalPopupExtender). User selects one of two radio buttons which shows a data bound asp:View in an update panel - this view is data bound to a single row and must be populated by the user. However I also want to provide a cancel button which should close the modal dialog and reset the bound view.
However what is happening is that the ModalExtender closes, but when the "add vendor" button is presented again, it's still bound to the same data. Do I need to clear my data source? How so I reset the forms/views so that when the 'add vendor' button is clicked again the form is presented as it should be (IE the 2 select options, picking one re-binds the asp:View)?

i have tested this code and it works great separately .. the only difference is on my project i have DIV, tables, TABs and ContentPlaceHolder. not sure if this can make this code not working.. i am not getting any error..but nothing is happening.

View 2 RepliesI am new to Ajax Control Toolkit, with the help of online tutorials I had created a cascading dropdown list in asp.net and tested it on my local machine. For this dropdown list data source would be an xml file (which is saved on my local machine c drive). I haven't encountered any issues until I deploy the precompiled web site on to IIS 7. When I open the web site from IIS I would see the two dropdown boxes on the web page with an error "Method error 500". I believe this error occured due to incorrect xml file
path provided on IIS. I had copied xml and xsd files into IIS server C drive but it did not help out and then I created a network map and placed the xml and xsd files in that shared folder tried to access that path from web service, it's working on local machine but not on IIS. It would be great, if any one could explain me the solution.

How do I reset an asp.net validation control via JavaScript? The current code sample clears the error message text but does not reset the validation control for the next form submission.

I am new using AJAX Controls. I have downloaded the tool kit, added it to my tool box in .NET, created a web application with a simple standar button and added a confirmation extender but the page only shows the button when I click on the button it doesnt show the confirmation box.I dont have any error, I have added the script manager to my page so not error at all.
View 7 RepliesMy desire is to make my normal HTML Reset button into an asp control which I can control in my seperate Code-file.I thought that giving him the attribute runat="server" would be enough, though I was mistaken.The reason why I want to have full control at him is because I have a dropdownlist that depends on another, using ajax, and when I hit the reset button, the dependent list stuck with its previous values and can't be changed again, only when I hit the reset button.

I am using Ajax Control Toolkit version 40412 in my asp.net 4.0 website. When I run the page in Firefox it is working good but I run the page in IE8 it is not rendering toolkit controls and putting "//" characters on the bottom of page.This is happening with every control of toolkit.

I Installed the new version and found it worked fine as soon as i change my scripmanager to ToolkitScriptManager, However, I recentlly realised that now my sites hovermenus do not work in IIS6 (maybe 7 too) Ive tried in firefox and IE and the same.
