Aug 31, 2010I use DropDownExtenders everywhere in my project, but it bothers me that it's not visible all the time. It looks like an usual TextBox :-(

Sep 9, 2010Using a modalpopupextender a panel having controls is poped-up as a modalpopup. The problem I am facing is how to make the Ajax Calendar always visible on the modalpopup.
Functionality of controls on modal popup:
1. A calendar (use of Calendarextendar preferred) and a ListBox placed side by side.
2. calendar's behavior need to be exactly the same as that acheived using a Ajax Calendarextendar
3. The Calendar is always visible.
4. The days selected by user are appended to the ListBox (with no repeatition)

I found some javascript that will keep the panel open wile the user interacts with the CheckBoxList i have inside. Currently I am updating the panel when the function stops blocking the closing event. This is not firing every time. So i am wondering if there is a java script event i can catch to fire the post back after the drop down is hidden and if someone can provide a simple example of doing so. The code inside the event i got covered, binding to the event is ware i am lacking.

here's the problem -this is the code from the .master.aspx page. Some file access this master page from different folders, and some files from root. And the img_new is visible only from root files or files in folder. how do i make that image visible from everywhere?
