AJAX :: Use AnimationExtender Radiobuttonlist Selected Index Change And Target Label To Animation?

I am trying to give animation effect to a label , when user select option from radio buttonlist for selectedindexchange event , but i cannot get animationextender for this event.because <onLoad> <onClick> ..... list does not have <onSelectedindexchanged> option. how to do this I saw a code which adding animation effect from server side, though i have problem of excute on radiobutonlist index change event.
im having a quizz (a question and multiple answer related to the question) , i use an asp repeater to display the questionand a nested radiobuttonlist inside the item template for the related answer:

I do bind the the radiobutton on itemDatabound, i need to store the answer selected by the user, for that i used the following method:

but the rptAns referring to the radiobuttonlist (there is only one quiz at a time), the selectedindex always remain at the first index even when the user does change the selected radio button.i have made a check when on item databound to see if the page is a postback before opulating the radiobuttonlist.
I have two control page in my aspx page. first one left side "tree view",second one right side " form design".Form design will change based on tree view selected index changed.i have 4 level child node(site, master , slave, space). I have seperate forms to each level of node.
cannot update tree node when update the forms. so i reload tree view.
now i need how to auto selected index change to tree node.
ex.
1 parent node
1.1 child node
1.2 child node
i have update "1.2 child node" rename to "1.3 child node"
and reload treeview so it will chage...
how set tree node.selected index = 1.3 child node....
there are animation effect to controls onload , onmouseover, onclick ...... but i can't find method to give animation effect to a label ontextchanged .
how to do this. I have asp.net page left side tab container each tab panel have options to procede a quotation when clicking radio buttons or check boxes right side panel gives quotation, and change total price on label.
I could give animationextender for each radiobuttons or check box control and give animation effect to label.
but this is a pain, any body know how to write code to give animation effect atleast change color of label text with out using 10 or 15 animation extenders.
I'm learning asp.net and c#, and can't figure out why this won't work for me.I'm using a label control and a radiobutton list control. Basically if you select radio button 1 I want the label to say radio button one , radio button 2 for the next one and so on. Here is the code I thought would work.
I want to use the animation extender when the drop down is changed. something like when a item i selected, then the details of that item is shown in a panel/div which behaves like a tooltip of that value selected in the dropdown.
I saw the example of animationExtender in [URL] Here we have event OnClick in animations. do we have something like onSelectedIndexChange or Onchange so that I can display the panel when items in the dropdown is changed.

If English is selected from ddlLang Create new asp:Label, asp:textbox and asp:button. If French is selected create another new asp:Label, asp:textbox and asp:button. In the same way so on.... and when button submit clicked get all dynamic text box values and label values to Save to DB.
I have a gridview. .When I add new data to gridview, I want to change gridview selectex index dynamically. I want to set gridview selectedindex the new added data .
I have a gridview that receives data based on selection from a primary dropdownlist object. Works.
Within the gridview, there is a dropdownlist whose selected index is based on the query from the primary dropdownlist. Works.
Problem.
How do I force the used to change whatever value that the dropdownlist contains after they make their initial selection from the primary dropdownlist; except the default value of "make a selection".
Gridview, contains a checkbox which drives whether a selected row is inserted into the data base. The databind in done using an ObjectDataSource on the presentation page, not in the code behind.
I am having a label to show success message during the successfully save.
I am having a drop down with the name "Technology".
During on selected index change event of the drop down, i am binding another drop down with the name "Resources".
When the Button is clicked, i am showing the "success message" and on click event of the drop down, i am clearing the message by using the java script.

But when i change the drop down, the message gets reappeared.
Any one has got a working example for the OnHoverOver and OnHoverOut animations ?I have tried one but it's not perfectly working, as I don't know how to change the position of the Popup panel or resize it !! and I still can see a grey shadow before my popup panel appears..it's weird... I have a CascadingDropDown on an ASP.NET page. Now, the prompt text is "Select State". (list of states). However, on a different version of this page (ie querystring), i might want to set the selected index to "California" for example. How can i do this? The web service used by the ajax control (ie GetStates) gets invoked at the same time the jquery document.ready function is triggered (ie asynchronously).
So when i try and set the selected index in jquery, the items are not yet bound. Is there a way to attach a handler to the ajax dropdown so that i can set the selected index once the webservice call has completed, and the items are bound?
I have looked high and low and have not found what I need or found something that could work but it was old and did not work. I have a datalist (in an update panel) that contains 2 dropdownlist (Categories and Sub Categories) being populated by CascadingDropDown. What I want to do is set the selected index of the First one to the value I get from the Database after populating it in the web service.
