Crystal Reports :: Page Setting - Bottom Margin Takes Extra Space?

I have an web application with crystal report. The report are printing fine. But the problem is
i have applied page margin setting as
Top Margin 0.25 in
Left Margin 0.02 in
Bottom Margin 0.17 in
Right Margin 0.42 in
all are fine without Bottom Margin. Bottom Margin will come with more space without considering 0.17 in. I think that it may be happened that the detail section i have a rectangle box object. Inside this box have data from data base. I want to print this box as 3 times in a page with three records. all are fine.I adjested maxium to fit the box in details section to dispaly three times in a page. But when i wil get the print out the three box will come with 3 times. But after the three rectangle box ,the footer of the page will take some extra space.
I don't want to print pagefooter,page header,report header, report footer at all. i am suppressed these things.
I want to know why it is came with some more space on the footer.?
How to solve the issue?

this is an image of structure of my crystal report and the result of it as you can see, there are no space between the label "auditor" and the beginning of section2, but then i run it, crystal insert some blank rows in it how can i do to delete this space?

Is there any way to solve (by coding) if there comes extra columns in excel sheet at the time of downloading.

We have designed RDLC having tables and binding dynamic data to the tables, so that we can export it to PDF.
While binding the data to the table, if the cell content which we are binding to the table row is large and doesn't have enough space to fit in the page, then the table row is moved to next page and because of this we are able to see blank space at the bottom of the previous page.
For example, if there is a table in a page with 3 rows, if the 3rd row is huge and cannot fit into the the same page with other rows; the 3rd row is moved to the 2nd page. There is huge space after the first 2 rows in the first page because of this. ive tried resizing the details section but it didn work.

is there a way in crystal report to remove blank space between two data field for example
Field 1 Field 2
how do i make it the distance between Field 1 and Field 2 become closer and look like this
Field 1 Field 2
without changing the position of the Field 2 in the report design... i need this cause the data in Field 1 is different for each user and i need the Field 2 to have a smaller font size than the Field 2 so i cant use formula since formula only allow 1 font size.

When i run the application locally it works fine but when i publish it n access from it it gives the error asEither the Crystal Reports registry key permissions are insufficient or the Crystal Reports runtime is not installed correctly.

I want to use a single Crystal report (.rpt) file for two actual reports, changing only the title and the data. I've got the data working, but I can't seem to get the title part right. I tried to follow this
tutorial, but when I do my report just disappears (whether I set the parameter or not). I created a "Report Title" special field and dragged it to my page header. Then I brought up the formula editor on the report title display string and clicked on my title parameter. So the formula ends up being
{?Title}
I'm sure I'm probably just making a rookie mistake here.

My asp.net webpage has a ton of white space at the bottom of a div within a content page, and I have no idea where its coming from. There are NOT a ton of<br />'s or 's in the source view. How can I find out where the space is coming from and correct?Could this element be taking up space???

I create an ASP.NET Crystal Report Web application using VS.NET 2010. In ASP.NET page, I stored two values in Session state and need to pass them as input parameters to Oracle stored procedure. In Crystal reports 2010 once you connect to a stored-procedure as data source, it automatically creates the parameter fields with Crytal Report Viewer. how I pass values to store procedure at runtime automatically.
Detail code:
1. ASP.NET page store the values in the Session:
Sesion.Item("CourseNumber")
Sesion.Item("StudentNumber")
2. I like to pass above values to the store procedure with IN parameters named P_CourseNo and P_StudentNo to print out the Crytal Report with Store Procedure as data source.

I can add a row to the bottom of a listivew by inserting a table after the layouttemplate in a listview. It works fine for me to call the added controls from code-behind and chane the control values. Since my listview changes width dynamically depending on the contents of the data, my added table columns don't match up.
I have tried to access the width property of the table and then match the new ones with codebhind, but it doesn't seem to work.
I am simply trying to add a row to the bottom of the listview to provide for totals of the columnts. What is the best way to to that?

I am trying to show an image on Mouseover and hide it on Mouseout. I am successful in mouseover and mouseout but the image is actually taking the space around the text though i have visibility as hidden..The text is surrounded with the space of image but the image is displayed on mouseover. Here is the code:

I am facing a problem with grid view footer template.. I just want to add a message like hello world in the bottom of the grid view as a seperate row... Right now I am using footer for this..but If the size of footer text increases the width of column which holds that will also increasing.. Is there any way to add a label in the bottom of the grid like
Ex: The number of Students is 200
This will needs to come in the bottom of grid without changing the size of columns..

We have quite a few reports which were developed earlier in Crystal Reports 8.5. We are now planning to use these reports in our web application developed in VS 2008 (C#).
What dlls are needed for calling 8.5 in the application and how should they be added to the application while shipping it to the client?
They are also struggling to get the code running. Would also need the code to call the report with parameters.

I can't seem to get rid of this extra space in IE7. (IE8 I could, but I need to support IE7) The grey area is the same size as the blue area... If I align the title to "bottom" then I get the full size of the grey area above the title. Align to "top" and the grey area is below the blue. Usign the default, the grey area is split above and below as indicated int he screenshot.
How can i get rid of the grey? I just want the blue area. I've tried setting hte title height to 0px, but that does nothing. But if I set the height to something large, such as 200px, then I get 200px of blue and 200px of grey.

How to remove whitespaces if it is more than 2. What i want to say is -
1. If there is one whitespace, its OK.
2. If there is two whitespace, its OK.
3. BUT, if there is more than two whitespace than replace them with only two whitespaces.
String may be like this :- (it may contain any character)
