I am using crystal reports in my web application which came along with visual studio 2008.My problem here is export and print buttons in crviewer are working fine in my local system but when i hosted the app in server actual problem came into picture.Export and print buttons are not working.

Everythings working fine on my PC but when I deployed my application on server, Print and export are not working. Even the toolbar images were not displaying on the report. So I added them manually to my application.
Is there some folder missing?
Using web application & crystal reprot i can view the report on the screen but when I click print button or export nothing happens nor the report can be seen on the screen. Do we need to write additional functionally to make the buttons working...
View 1 RepliesIn our solution we have a crystal report displayed on screen, we also have a copy of the report saved in temp file on the server.
We have tried using the Crystal Report ActiveX for printing and it works fine if the user has the proper access rights to their PC but in the environment it will be deployed there is no guarentee this would be the case.
I'm looking for a method (that doesnt involve ActiveX) of printing a file saved on the server (example a PDF file) to the users local printer.
The printer could be a shared printer on the network or a printer connected to their PC.
Ajax I have used update progress. its working fine on local system, but not on web server. Actually pagepostbacks.on server there is IIS7.

In my site on every load some session is made through url and single page(say xyz.aspx) is call every time and on the basis of url we create session. When i click on a href tag , page start reloading ,url we created is accurate but data doesn't change every time, means some time it show data on first click, but some time after 3 or 4 click.
I say problem is weird because when i run this on my local server there is no problem, when i run this on my project (visual studio) there is no problem , but when i up this project on my online server it show this kind of error but not every time .

Well I am having a problem when I have put my .NET 2.0 web site on IIS 6. I have used UrlMapping to redirect some old urls. It is working fine when I am using it on the VS local server port but when I deploy it to IIS 6, its giving a 404 Page not found error.
I've found that in a few forums they are talking about using Wildcard Mapping, but none of them provide me with a good explanation of how to achieve this. Added to this, what are the security risks of doing such a modification on IIS Level (if there are any?)
I used following code to export data to excel but when on click-1 nothing happens, on click-2 it exports fine.
