I have created a asp.net web site using Visual Studio 2008 and Crytal Reports. I have two small reports that work perfectly on my development machine, and I have tripple checked that I have added reference to the CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine in my project. I do not have any CrystalReports dll's in my bin folder but when select my project and then click on the properties window the following refereces are there.

i hve CRRedist2005_x86 installed in my ststem but still it give the below error

I have installed the final version of Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010. I created a new ASP.Net project, saved it, closed it, and then came back to it later. I was prompted to convert the project because of an out of date version of Crystal Reports. But I just created the project...how can the version already be out of date? Also, once the conversion is complete the CrystalReportViewers error stating "Unable to cast object of type 'CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalReportViewer' to type 'CrystalDecisions.Web.CrystalReportViewerBase'. I am using .NET Framework 3.5 (I cannot use 4.0 for other reasons). Is this the cause?

I'm making a solution with Visual Studio 2010 using "cr4vs2010". When I start my web app from Visual Studio and I open my report, There is any problem, but if I want to export this file to a .pdf file or to other format, I receive a JS error message:
"Object required" and the debugger marks the following line:

Sometimes in previous versions of CrystalReports I only copy the "aspnet_client" folder in the application root and it works, but in this version of Crystal Reports this folder does not exists.

I'm working on a vb.net windows project using crystal reports for report generating.I'm using stored procedures as well.Stored procedures are used by crystal reports.When I run report with some parameters it gives error,like this " Unknown Query Engine Error ".I have checked the Stored Procedure and there is no problem with the SP, no extra parameters.

I installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and I got a setup of crystal report from my friend titled with "CRforVS_13_0" , everything till now smooth and the world that rose !

my hyperlink is broken down onto many hyperlinks when
1. displayed on a webpage
2. link takes more than 1 line
I have hyperlnk CSS highlighting and it looks quite strange when only a part of the link is highlighted.I have tried to fix it through Format Object dialog in Crystal Reports, but unsuccessfully.Tweaking CrystalReportViewer did not help either.What I do:
1. Create a text object
2. Make it a "WebSite on Internet" (Format object > Hyperlink tab)
3. Bind datasource field to "Website address" (Format object > Hyperlink tab > Hyperlink information)
3. Make it multiline (Format object > Common > Can Grow)
The resulting HTML on long links looks like:<a href="..."><span class="fc2c1d044e-bf85-4d44-aff2-4cda991b748c-2">Link</span></a><a href="..."><span class="...">01</span></a><a href="..."><span> to</span></a>

I have a Visual Studio project that uses three different Crystal Reports. I've upgraded to Crystal Reports 11.5.3300.0 from the version 10.2.3600.0 due to one of the reports requiring the upgraded version. I am getting System.OutOfMemoryException exception in my Web Application (ASP.NEt with C# and MySql ) hosted on IIS.
The problem is popping up randomly once every few days when i enter username and password to enter..

I have migrated .NET 1.1 code to .NET 3.5. Getting the following error in the page in design part: "Error Rendering Control- An unhandled exception has occured. A relative URI cannot be created because the 'urIstring' parameter represents an absolute URI. " It is happening for control:

I'm getting the "Load Report Failed" Error.
I have a web application designed using VS2008 & Crystal Reports for VS2008 (Ver. 10.5.3700). I'm using Framework 2.0 for deployment.
My development system is WinXp and my deployment system is Win2003 Server.
Here is what i have done -
1) Added a Crystal Report to my project "rptReport.rpt"
2) Added a Crystal Report Source (crSource) to my .aspx page.
3) Added Crystal Report Viewer to my page, with crSource as its Report Source.
This works fine when i run it on my development machine. But Gives a "Load Report Failed" error on my deployment machine.
This is what i have already tried doing on deployment server:
1) Giving IIS_WPG full control to temp folder.
2) Publishing with "Allow this precompiled site to be updatable." checked/unchecked.

I have built a webform as part of my project that grabs all the data out of a particular table in an Access database on the server. I have allowed the ability to update said table via the DetailsView form however when you change the details and then click on "update" it throws back an error.
