I have a table where each month I need to find the SkipUtgang value of current month (ex: 779) and the value of SkipUtgang in previous month (ex: 788); then Sum the two values; and finally multiply the result with the number of day of current month (ex: 31). as example, I have the below table:

Binding the Remarks label as footer in my second gridview.

I set the DataKeyName of the Parent gridview to EmpNo and LeaveTraId, I wanted to pull those datakeys up to include in my query getting the value Remarks field from database.
I used OnRowDataBound event of parent grid to populate the second grid.
i have gridview and data is binded during page load ... below Name,Marks,percent are templatefields.. iam able to to calculate total in footer of Marks column.. but can any one tell me how to calculate the percentage depending upon total value for percentage column... iam calculating total in gridview_rowdatabound event
eg: Name Marks percent
abs 50 25% ie (50/200) *100
bpd 25 12.5%
hlkr 75 37.5%

I'm trying to use this code for counting and presenting total No. of rows returned for a grid view with AllowPaging="true" & PageSize="15".

On every row in my datagrid, i need to set a control to visible/invisible depending on how many entries are shown in the grid.
If total rows are > 1, the control needs to be visible on every row. If rows = 1, it needs to be invisible.
BUT, how do i do this? If i just check my GridView.Rows.Count, the first row will (of course) be invisible, while the rest will be visible.
Can i check how many rows are pulled out of my datasource, or do i need to go through each row, setting visible true, AFTER the grid is populated.

Without paging function, i can loop through the gridview by using

so with gridLength i can loop through the gridview to sum all rows. However, when I use paging event of gridview, i use the page size to loop through all rows, but it occurs errors because the last page may not have enough rows.
I am having gridview and i have check box for each row. There are 2 buttons ,accept and reject outside the gridview. If I click accept button, all the checked rows fields value should change to accept and if i click reject button all the checked rows column value should change to reject. I have a TemplateField with a textbox as the ItemTemplate and Three labels in the FooterTemplate for Sub Total, VAT and Total.
So when I enter new values into the textboxes I want the totals to get calculated automatically as the textbox loses focus.
