Data Controls :: Display JQuery ProgressBar In GridView?

There are numbers from 1 to 100 saved in DB Table 1.There is a Gridview, which is bind from from DB table 1. Which shows all the numbers that are there in DB Table 1 inside Gridview.
Requirement is that I have to show numbers in Gridview along with progress bar.i.e.,
if number in Gridview is 1, it should show progress 1% using progress bar
if number in Gridview is is 60, it should show progress 60% using progress bar
if number in Gridview is is 37, it should show progress 37% using progress bar
I haven't been able to pass values of my gridview row to another page or new window. (I am referencing the gridview from the question:

I have tried the following:

I have also tried the Onselectedindexchanged but it's still not working. However when i use the above methods on other types of gridview, they all work very well.
I have a grid view with two columns A and B. Column A has Checkboxes and Column B has numeric values(int). When user checked checkboxes the checked checkboxes column B have to added and displayed in a Label.

If the gridview binds to empty dataset, I need to still show a gridview so that users can ADD more using the textfields in the bottom of the footer template. Since the gridview is empty it won't bind not allowing rendering of the <footer template> I guess I should create a empty dataset if the gridview is empty. How do I check for this and can this be done in GridviewRowEventArgs

I have 3 grid views in my ASP.net application Viewing the data from different tables and search input with button( for all 3 grid view One input field), when i give input and click on serach button only one Grid view should be appear rest of the 2 gridviews should be hide but for me when i change the input values previous Grid view also remain stationed on the screen.Gridviews are GVOpenorder,GVShip,GvSchedule and input field name is txtSearch,button name is btnSearch.
I have two pages in my website. my code is working fine. When i click on my btnpaycard then my data reach to the next page which is working fine. How to display empty GridView to insert new record if no data retreived for some record on the result from data table?Actually i am trying to give a user an option to add recrod from Gridview. On result of some query it is perfectly displaying data and a footer row with the insertion textbox but when there is no data in the gridview it is not displaying. It should display with footer having insert textbox.
