Data Controls :: Delete Row From Grideview Without SQLdataSource

i have this code to add columns to GV from TXT

if (GridView2.Rows.Count == 0)
{
dt = MakeTable();

}
else
{

[CODE]...

and this code to delete from grideview

 Event : rowdeleting

dt.Rows.RemoveAt((e.RowIndex));
GridView2.DataSource = dt;
GridView2.DataBind();

but when prss delete

error : There is no row at position 0. (if delete first row )

error : There is no row at position 1. (if delete second row )
