DataSet Connection Path / When Bring The Project To Others Computer And Run, It Has Error?

I created a DataSet(right-click project-->add new item-->DataSet) and then a TableAdaptor to it with table from database. However, when i bring the project to others computer and run, it has error.I look into the DataSet in xml and found that the path to database is actually on the computer that created the DataSet(C:DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGSUSERDESKTOPPROJECT NAMEAPP_DATADATABASENAME.MDF) My database file is located at the App_data folder. May i know is there a way to config so that whenever i run the project on different computer, the path will auto change??
i have a winform application with huge strongly-typed dataSet. Now, i've decided to create a web edition of my application and i want to use strongly-typed typed dataSet which exists in my winform application. also it's tableAdapters create with the connection string settings which stored in my winforms app.config. My problem is that how to use strongly-typed dataset of my winform app with new connection string which exists in my web app?

In my computer I installed - Visual Studio 2010 SQL Server 2008 No IIS Installed by myself My first doubts is Because of not installing IIS in my computer while I was developing my project and I did not stored Project folder in "inetpubwwwroot" Folder, will it cause any problem on running my project on internet. In My computer, my project is working smoothly Now.
My Second Doubt: Under which folder in server I should upload my project folder. area showing in my hosting server control panel. My Third Doubt: Anything I have to configure such as database for to upload in server b4 uploading my project folder into the server? MY Fourth Doubt: Just upload my project folder as it is as it in my computer - Right?

I am using VS2008 and oracle 10g ODP.Net. The oracle database that I used in the connection is working and tested it using sql plus.The connection string when used in a GriDView works perfectly. I have VS 2010 professional. I am trying to open "ASP.Net Configuration" through Project -> ASP.Net Configuration.
It pops up the Notification about the ASP.Net Development Server localhost but doesn't open ASP.Net Configuration in the default browser.I clicked on the Root Url (by double clicking on the 'development server' at the right bottom from Notification Manager).
It throws following error

Clicking on "How do i use this tool".It opened page with error.

I have a DataSet that I have added to my project where I can Insert and Add records using the Add Query function in Visual Studio 2010, however I want to add transactions to this, I have found a few examples but cannot seem to find one that works with these.
I know I need to use the SQLClient.SQLTransaction Class somehow. I have an asp.net nTier application. The data access layer is a strongly typed DataSet consisting of multiple DataTables with DataAdapters. When the user logs in, they choose which database to connect to (from a table in the membership database). I need to pass the selected connection string into the DataSet object which will remain the same for that users until they log in again. I'm thinking that the answer might be to create a partial class of the DataSet object where I can pass the connection string into the constructor. Im not sure how to go about this though.
