DataSource Controls :: BulkCopy From Excel To Sql Server 2005 Table?

I have an ASPNET application written in VB.NET which resides on the company's intranet. I am trying to do a bulkcopy from an excel file which is located in a secure folder on the web server to an existing table in Sql Server. The problem is that the folder requires a user name and password which is not the current logged in user or the ASPNET user. My question is how do I logon to the folder so that I can access the Excel file.

from an Access database, I created an Excel spreadsheet. On the spreadsheet I made the adjustments I needed to and then proceeded to use the SQL Server 2005 Import/Export Wizard to import the spreadsheet into a SQL table. I then get the following error message:[Code]....
When I remove the problem columns from the import, then it works just fine. But I really need those text columns! The SQL Server columns that they are supposed to go into are varchar(MAX).

i have an aspx page which has a fileuploader and a button
initially i have to browse the file and after browsing the file i have to check the extension if the extension is xsl or xslx then only i have to enable the submit button
once the submit button is enabled i have to insert this data into the table
and i have to display the number of succesfully inserted rows and no of unsuccessfull insertions .
success and failure is dependent on the mismatch of the datatype between the excel sheet and the database column
i am coding in c# but am unable to upload.

I have been able to import an excel file sql bulkcopy locally. But when I publish the code to the server I get the following error messages:
Exception Message: 'C:MyTest.xls' is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.
Exception Source: Microsoft JET Database Engine

I am using SSRS 2005.
I have a problem when I am exporting my report to Excel.
When exported to excel, I could see the table header on only the first page but not on all the pages. I have also checked the option "Repeat Header rows on New Page", but that didnt work.

got the following error :

again am trying the same above query ,now am getting the following error:
Msg 7399, Level 16, State 1, Line 1 The OLE DB provider "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0" for linked server "(null)" reported an error. The provider did not give any information about the error. Previous developers have developed a .SSISDeploymentManifest file (SQL Server 2005) to install SSIS packages which prompts a Package Installation wizard. I tried to install it on SQL Sever 2008 (it works on SQL Server 2005), but it failed with the error: "Storing or modifying packages in SQL Server requires the SSIS runtime and database to be the same version. Storing packages in earlier versions is not supported".
How do I install 2005 SSIS packages on SQL Server 2008? I have all the .dtsx files, not sure how to install them?

I have created my database in SQL Server 2005 Enterprise Edition and now planning to tranfer this databse to another server, But this other server is SQL Server Standard Edition, So if i try to attach my database which is created in Enterprise Edition will get sucesully connected to Standard Version ? or i will get any error message or i am doing something wrong ? This situation is fine or Version should be kept same ?

When I have "On Error Resume Next" no erros get posted and everything runs just fine, the pulls from the database work perfectly. But as soon as we take On error resume next we start getting the following erros:
