how to table row click row color change in jquery
i have two row

when i click in Second row than Second row color is red and (2) green
when i click in First row than First row color is red and (2) green
i have gridview in which i have a Image button with id (' ImageButton3 ') on click of which i want to hide that corresponding row , by first highlighting it by followed fadeIn effect ....

But the code i am using only hide the row , i am not able to get the effects of fadeIn and highlighting ..
Also i want i know that am i using right code to hide gridview row ?

I've written an ASP.net page that uses an ASP GridView to display a table of data.
I would like to write some JavaScript that will color each cell red that contains the value '0'. I think I can use something like $("td").each or document.getElementsByTagName('td'). I have some CSS I would like to apply to the cells to make them red.
How can I do this with jQuery (or without jQuery) ?

I have asp.net label called NumberLabel.It is changed from codebehind(asp.net/c#) by calculating the number of rows in an sql server table called "MyTable". Every time a user open this page,the same code/stored procedure is executed to bring the number. Is there a way to to bring the same number for all users and change it only when there is an update in "MyTable".this will optimize a lot time,executions,(SQL server side and webserver side).Does asynchrounous c# exist?or doing that by ajax.

I have a link button in a repeater control. the li element is drag and droppable using jquery. when the page loads the the link button works perfectly, the jquery that is attached and the server side code both execute. when I perform a drag and drop then click on the link button it doesnt not fire. when i click it a second time it does fire. If i perform 2 or drag and drops in a row the link button doesnt fire a as many drag adn drops as i before it will fire. for example if if perform 3 drag and drops then it will take about 3 click before the events are fired.

I am using link button in li and when i click on link button its color not changing i have applied the css so when i click on some link only that link color must be white others must be black. Which is visited that must be only color changed others must be white.
View 6 Repliesmy page are 1 checkbox and 1 hidden label and 1 hidden panel. With the help of forum member raghav_khunger I've managed to write the code which shows panel and label when checkBox is checked. I've also added the code which is checking on every page post back the status of checkbox and hide/show panel and label appropriately. This is working fine.However when I add jQuery Safari checkbox plugin [URL] problems appear.
Looks like the code which is handling click event is doing reverse thing: when panel and label should be hidden are shown. I can change this but then there would be problems because of the second part of the code which is checking checkbox on page load. So when I check the checkbox nothing happens. I must uncheck it and label and panel appears. But if panel is uncheck the label and panel would be hidden because on next page load (when user clicks button next).As I said before the same code is working fine and it's test in all browsers (IE,FF,O,S,C). Maybe there is problem with checkbox plugin since it's in beta version.

I need this to work without JS as well, which is why I still generate the HREF on the links, so I'm just intercepting the click and then invoking the parent click which in turn toggles the accordion header.
This works in IE but no Firefox, Chrome.
