Is it possible to customize color picker extender. i dont' want display all the color cubes when clicking on a textbox. instead of that, just display the basic 12 colors(red, blue ,green etc...)

View 4 Replies- i want to use AJAX color picker extender.i understand its available in .NET 3.5 and above and i am using .NET 2.0.My dilemma is,- My whole webapplication is in .NET 2.0 using VS 2005,C# and i am concerned that i will run into the issues if i upgrade the framework at this point of development.Also even if i do upgrade framework,i can't pgrade vs 2005 to higher just yet.Is there a workaround??thanks a lot.

But I am not able to find the correct syntax.I tried it without an editor and returning the type "Color", but that just generates a dropdown with all of the known color names for the property. I would like the color picker to appear which allows you to see the colors and pick one.

I have found a settings that I like VibrantInk_V2. THere is only one section of colors I don't like. on the aspx page the section between the <script> the key words are dark blue and string is dark red. I have tried to find these in the options item list, but have not found anything that matches them.
View 2 RepliesI'm not sure what is happening but I cannot get my menu to display any other font color than 'burgundy' even if I specify Black or White. Plus when I Hover over my main menu items, the sub-items have a background of white and appear empty... I know strange! To test my page I copied some code from a tutorial at: [URL] All I changed were the Orientation to horizontal and of course the URLs... and still the problem remains.

Now i am saving the country of the user in Session["Country"] variable , also i am using two labels and two textboxes , initially the labels text is ABN and other Label text is ACN , and initially the Textbox length against ABN Label is 14 and and ACN Label is also 14 , now i want that whenever the Session["Country"] changes to Pakistan , it must read the configurations of Pakistan node in xml file and set the ABN Label text to NTN and the textbox which is after it must allow 18 numeric digits only instead of 14 numeric digits , same for ACN Label change to BCN and textbox which is after it must allow 22 numeric digits only instead of 14 numeric digits

I have a gridview that contains columns of electrical specification (value, resistance, etc.). The rows are populated with archival data from previous versions of th same part (rev A, rev B, etc.).
The question is: is there any way for me to review each row and set the font color to red if the value is different from the cell below, or above? This would highlight where changes were made to each individual revision of a part from the previous version.
I have a class (let's call it Car) that has a property of type System.Drawing.Color (Call it CarColor). I have a script service function that uses this Car class as a return value, which works just fine. I then have another script service function that takes a Car object as a parameter. I would like to change the color of the car in Javascript, but I am finding it difficult to do so without adding another parameter that takes in the color as a string and is then translated at the server. Are there any ideas on how to set the Color property of the Car object in Javascript and maintain it through to the server?

View 1 RepliesI have a gridview which i was trying to set the row that was currently selected to a different color.. i have used the SelectedRowStyle and works fine, but my needs are to highlight the row regardless of what button or link was clicked on within the row.. thats my description of "selected" i know that that the styles are based on events.. but i dont care if you click on edit, select, delete or any other button within the row.. i want to highlight the row so you know what record you are working with.. if i add the EditRowStyle, then if i selected row 5 it highlights.. no biggy, but with the edit row style, if i then click edit on row 2, then i have 2 records highlighted.. Is there not any way to determine if anything was done within a row and highlight it?
