Mailbox Unavailable Or Not Local For Particular Email Sent?

I am working with c# and asp.net application.
I am using email id in particular domain.For Example test@domain.com.It's a active email.I can get email from particular mailId.I try to sent email to particular emailid using dedicated server information I got following error message. I can sent emails in all the domain except particular domain email.
The server rejected one or more recipient addresses. The server response was: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local
If I used shared server information I can successfully sent email to paricular emailId.
How can successfully sent email to particular domain mailid.

I've been getting the following exception when trying to send an e-mail using System.Net.Mail:
Unhandled exception in Service Thread:
System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
at System.Net.Mail.DataStopCommand.CheckResponse(SmtpStatusCode statusCode, String serverResponse)

Does anyone know what this could be caused by?

Now I'm developing the autogenerated mail program in my web application system.
And there is my code :

My environment is using Microsoft Exchange Sever and if I send my company address each other, there is no problem.
(e.g: my email addrss is [URL] and receipent address is [URL]
But when I send to [URL] I mean any other external mail address, I cannot send... the error message appears like this :

Is there a way to email any error message a user recieves to a mailbox.
Basically if the user recieves one of the asp.net error pages is there a way for that message to be emailed to a mailbox for me to look into?
It is on a shared hosting environment.

I am trying to send email from localhost from last some days but not succeed.What happening is it is not showing a error but also email is not being sent. Other than that I have done the following steps:
1. Disable firewall
2. disable antivirus
3. In IIS > Default SMTP > Properties > Access tab > Only the list below is selected and in list I have added 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.15.2 (it is my computer ip)

I am using gmail in my asp.net site to send email. It is working fine on shared server but it donot send email when I run my site on local machine in visual studio. Please guide what should I do to make it sending emails from local machine as well.below is my code:

I am using my gmail's email account to send emails in asp.net website. It works fine on hosting server but it donot works if I try to sent email on loclserver.what I should do to make it sending emails even on localserver ? Do I need to install some smtp server on my local machine ? I have not installed any smtp server on my machine. How and where from I can get smtp server and kindly also guide how I can do its setting to use on local machine.

I am using gmail smtp server and email account to send email from my asp.net site. It works fine when I use it on some hosing server but it is strange it do not work on local machine. Plz guide me what should I do ? Do I need to install some smtp server (if yes plz mention the name as I am not aware of it) .

I am using gmail for sending email in my asp.net application. Email works fine if I send email on server but if I try to send emails on local machine it give error. I placed break poin in code and when send method is called it shows error box with heading "Smtp exception was unhandled by user code" and in detail it says "Faliur sending mail". If I continued on browser it shows error page with these details:

Can we send email form local host using gmail smtp? I am trying and getting error The operation has timed out. I am trying to send email from local host from last 3 days. It works fine if I send emails from my hosting server using gmail but it is not working on localhost. I have disabled firewall anti virus but even then unlucky. have u ever used gmail for sending emails from localhost (without any server involved) If it is possible.

3. that is redirected after logout.
i used sessions here...and session.Abondon() for logout.. bt if we go back from the browser button provided top-left corner, then mailbox is opened again...without even logging in..... its dangerous.

I have been given a task to write a program to automatically create a 2010 exchange mailbox. My research tells me to use powershell but I can't seem to find the namespace to reference and would like some sample code. I found some code on the web but I don't know what the namespace is for PowerShell. I think it might be System.Management.Automation but when I try to reference the namespace it does not exist in the list of dotnet. All I have is System.Management and System.Management.Instrumentation.

I have created a sample ASP.NET website and hosted it in IIS 6.0 . It is working fine , if the identity of the defalut app pool is "local system". But when i changed the identity with some other configurable user id then it is showing as "Service Unavailable".
The following message is found in the event viewver.
"The identity of application pool 'DefaultAppPool' is invalid, so the World Wide Web Publishing Service can not create a worker process to serve the application pool. Therefore, the application pool has been disabled."

I have a custom built CRM that is 99% written in Classic ASP/VBScript. Currently we use a FDF to PDF script that generates a bunch of PDF files (depending on which PDF you are choosing to merge.)
Almost exactly the same time every day, at around 9:30 AM my users can no longer use the function as the error "Server Application Unavailable" appears when they try to use the function. The error then may happen randomly or nearly every 2 hours thereafter - but it depends on usage. In order for me to fix this, I have to either restart IIS, or Recycle the App Pool.
The App Pool that the site resides is independent of all other applications on the server.
The script was written in .NET by a 3rd party company and I can post the code here if required.
