Telerik Loading Panel Background Images Not Showing In IE8?

I have a website using Telerik controls for ASP.NET. When an AJAX request starts, the Loading Panel (defined in the master page) will display, with a loading image, text, and faded white background color. It works totally fine in Firefox and Chrome, but the background image and text don't display in IE8. All that displays is the white background.LoadingPanel code: Loading ideas why IE8 isn't displaying the images? I've inspected the page source, and they're there in the CSS.

I am working on URL Rewriting using RegisterRoutes.
its working fine but all css ,js and image not working when i redirect page using URL Rewrite.
my code is in global ascx is below

My image path is

But when i run then url and image path looking like below

And my image path looked
http://localhost:49936/Product/3/images/logo.png
but above is not correct path .
When I redirect page from home page to Productdetailss.aspx then images css, directory root path are changed and its also rewrite. I dont want to rewrite css,js,and image path .
I am also used resloved url code but not working .

I have update panel on the page to avoid postback and placed a dropdownlist control within that update panel. DrodownList is filled with Category names and also it's autopostback set to True.
Now whenever dropdownlist index change's on select, untill page loads complete data it should show mesage as "Loading.... in center and middle of the page and background should become bit transparent". And when page load completely with data then that background and message should get disappear.

I would I have dropdownlist with no items
And after the page starts I would like to kick a web service that returns 10 items at a time to fill the list unlit it is completed without lag on the web page.
I could I go and execute my own web service call the set those values, but I can have that run in the background to avoid interupting the User's expereince?

I am having a problem with the modal popup in that it never seems to popup and can be seen behind the background and not able to be accessed. I have tried setting the z-index of the panel above that of the background using css but this makes no difference.

I have two themes in my .Net application, both use the same background image. Both have an images folder with this image in them, both have style sheets. One works and one doesn't but ONLY when deployed in IIS in a Virtual Directory scenario so there is an added /MyApp/ directory.
I can't seem to even trick the one that doesn't work into finding the image. My style looks like this:

I am defining custom css styles for tabcontainer and accordion. Somehow I am not able to set the background image.. I mean the background image does not show up at all. Everything else works fine... fonts, background colors, padding etc.. but the background image won't show.For example, in the css file I have:

I have a button in a gridview. The button is associated with a style sheet. The style has a background image associated with it. It works fine in developement but when I publish it to our server, the images don't show up. If I publish it to a hosting site, it works. It use to work. The images are in the directory. IIS 7

This is something I just couldn't figure out how to do in ASP.NET:
I have a database of photographs, with upload/management and all that.
What I want to do is to dynamically change/create a css file that changes the background of a div to one of the selected images on the database. (bing.com style).
Is this possible using images stored directly on the database? (sql2008) Or maybe possible only using uploading images to a directory and saving it's path/name on database?

In datalist i have to show the images... Before that i have to set background for every image.. how can i give background image in datalist. URL...In this they have used White backgroud image with some shadows for every image from the database.. So i'm finally done with my project, which is a registration form, a long one indeed, with around 30 validations and fields, all is good. Only problem is that when you submit, it takes some time to process to the thankyou page, in this time, browser loading bar doesn't show that it's loading and nothing indicates that the form is being processed :S
Any way to make browser loading bar show? or like, add a custom progress bar? or can i make the submit button get enabled and show a text saying "Processing..." for example?

I have a page where I want to load a lot of images to. Say I have a page of like 50 images 2mb large each and I want them to be displayed on one page. Whats the best way to do that?
Basically what I'm doing right now is loading them from the server and displaying them in image tags. Problem is this crashes the browser. In chrome it will crash, in IE it will bog the computer down and lock it up. I think the browser is running out of memory or something.I'm wondering if I should be using a background worker or a different thread or something.. Is this possible with a web app?

If I have Small Background Image than panel size and I don't want it to be repeated ... i want it to fill (stretch) on Its PanelAnd I don't want to put a image control between panel tags like this :

Cause when i do this any Other Control I put after Image it appear also after image control not above it ... so I think i want to declare it as Image Background ... but how to make it stretch
