Web Forms :: Access Querysting Values From Masterpage's Pageload Method?

I access querystring values in each content page's pageload method to get Username and Id. Is there a way I access the querysting values from Masterpage's pageload method and each content page goes to Masterpage to get those values without creating any other local variables in content pages? I know this can be done with Session's or view state but I was thinking to reduce redundancy of accessing query string in each content page.
I am tryign to make the master page code globally do some chaecking before the content page loads. Pageload event in Masterpage is executed after the content page for some strange reason. How do I go about this?

I have a link button inside a repeater. How would I directly call the serverside (ItemCommand) method during postback. I want to skip the page_load. The wierd thing happening is, if I put (!Postback) it doesn't execute other methods on postback but it does if I don't set the !postback condition. I have repeater inside a updatepanel in UserControl.
I have 2 masterpages. (Default.master and User.master).I have a hidden field in Default.master then how can i get the hidden field value of Default.master file from User.master.is there any way to access that hidden field like: Request.form("hidID") ?
I have a usercontrol that wprks fine as along as one instance is on a pageut as soon as i have two instances of it nothing works. I figured out that it could be the pageload function that adds handler for keydown and other that is the cause.As each instance is reproducing the same javascript in the viewsource.So can you tell me how can i make the usercontrol that it can have multiple nstances that have their own javascript pageload
If I use the FindControl Method on an .aspx page (without master page), it finds the desired control no problem. When I use a Master Page then it will not find it even though it exists. why is this?
I'm trying to get the value of a textbox using the PreviousPage method and the previous page utilizes a MasterPage for the page's layout. I've read through many forums laying out the ground work on how to do this, but for whatever reason I am just being unsucessfull in getting this to work in my project.

What really confuses me is that when I step through the code it goes all the way through the if statement but never gets the text value from the previous page.
i have a masterpage and other pages. i want to use findcontrol method to find a textbox (not on the master page) to check whether it is empty or not.

i have a PayPal button, and i've been trying to add it to my site, but since my page is in a masterpage, and ovcourse, the form tag is editable only in masterpage, theres no way i could add the code inside the form tag, as so:
What i am trying to do is read the value from the search textbox from the nextpage.aspx. When i hardwire a text value to the txtboxsearch, i can read it using the page.previouspage property in the code-behind of nextpage.aspx. But when leave it empty so it will dynamically extract whatever value that's typed there, it doesn't read it. I am sort of understand why it is failing but can't fix it. I have gone through: [URL]
I have a function called Public Shared Function get_userDB() As String in my MastePage.master.vb file that i would like to access from my users page that is connected to the master page.
I have tried with: me.master.get_userDB()
But that won't work. It says that my function is not a member of my masterpage. What im i doing wrong?

I have a MasterPage in my project which it contains a FormView and the FormView is databound with a Connection String to a SQL DataBase.
This FormView is selecting users information from Database, when the ContentPage is loading, Im trying to get the information from the FormView of MasterPage and load them in Content Page, but it is not working fine for me.
For Example:
In MasterPage I have a FormView such as follow:
Name: Amir
LastName:Zandi
Username:amirzandi
In ContentPage, I have a Label and I want to get the name from MasterPage and replace it with the text of the Label.
I am doing this at PageLoad of Content Page with the Following Code:

At the page load of ContentPage, it says that it could not find the FormView1
but after I refresh the page, it works fine.
is there anyway for me to ask the FormView in MasterPage to DataBind and After that, it retrieves the Data from FormView and place them into the ContentPage.
I also tried: fv.databind() but it is not working.

I am using VS 2008 SP1. My also have included CSS Friendly adapter [URL] in my project ( I mentioned this because my GridView Empty data template is not showing when using GridView's CCS Friendly adapter). But, right now I need to do the same command above, in a page located within an iFRAME. The parent page (that calls the iFrame) is normally using that MasterPage. But the iFrame isn't.
