I am trying to add insert Anchor component to the FreeTextBox editor.Also, I see in the .net cpmponet there is a Microsoft Office Component BookmarK. How can I add it and use it.Either of the two will work for me.

I am using a formview on main web page and the Item template displays my data correctly but I get and error when I try and link to the edit or insert templates.This happens on our remote tesing server only.On my local machine running the page on the local server in VS 2010 everything works fine.But then doesn't it always work on your local machine.I might also mention that I am compiling for asp.net 4.0.

When I try to select the Designer view in VS 2010, I get the following error message:
There is no editor available for 'c:user eadrinkinggeekdocumentsvisual studio 2010websiteswebsite2About.aspx'.
Make sure the application for the file type (.aspx) is installed.
I shut down and reopened VS but still the error appears.
Getting the message that ObjectDataSource ... count not find a non-generic method ... that has parameters ... The parameter list is fine until I get to the very end and it list the two data fields that are in my DetailsView. Using the ASP Tutorial #17 (Examining the Events Associated with Inserting, Updating, and Deleting) and the Exploring the Data Modification - specifically the one showing the INSERT of the Product Name and UnitPrice. ASPX page is pretty simple and attempting something similar, two fields to insert a new record - update the other fields later.
Full Error Message follows along with ASPX and the AsignaturasBLL.cs. Interesting thing is that when I swap the two fields in the DetailView, then the last two fields in the error message are swapped. In the error message I bolded these two fields.

Now i need to include spell checker in the same, when trying to do so , i'm not able to find the control
I went through the documentation and looked at the asp.net/webmatrix pages but could not find a RichTextEditor.
Is there one built into WebMatrix or can I just use the AjaxToolkit Html Editor or another 3rd party editor?

on update event i.e in itemcommand==update , I'm rising a javascript event on validation.
So when this validation raises I want the listview to be edit mode on the same row.

How about adding a helper that will create a simple HTML editor, like the one I am using to write this post? That would be completely awesome, and would just about make this good little tool a GREAT tool.

I have a ListView Which displays Customer, product, price, Quantity and comments from database.The User can either edit it or Insert new items. In Edit Item template and Insert item template, i need to add a image button next to the textbox, which when clicked, will display a pop up window with list of customers or products.I have been doing it with the normal aspx page with textboxes. I did the data access tutorials on this site.They used validation controls for the insert and the edit template fields. Each of these used their own validation summary control. The markup for them is below. Can I use the same validation summary control for both the insert and the edit validation controls? It seems redundant if i can set the Validation Group property to the same value then I would only need to use one validation summary.I don't know if this is allowed, or a good idea though.
