i have 4 radio buttons and im using this radio buttons as panel extender collapse and extend id. such as :

<asp:RadioButton ID="rdbtn_single" runat="server" Text="Single" ValidationGroup="status" />
<asp:RadioButton ID="rdbtn_married" runat="server" Text="Married" ValidationGroup="status" />
but even i already set their validationgroup. i cant choose only one option only. how i can achieve this?

I'm fairly new working with Javascript. I'm working on an issue where I have a GridView with multiple Checkboxes and Radiobuttons. A user can check multiple checkboxes and if a radiobutton is selected, a checkbox has to be selected. This scenario is working fine, presently with existing asp.net code. But, I want to automate it using Javascript, so that I could avoid a postback.

I have an inventory page with a gridview that shows 1 item per record, each item starts with a checkbox in the gridview. Currently users can select multiple records and hit the order button and everything has worked well. Now I have multiple pages in my gridview, and if a user selects a few records from the first page, and then goes to the second page, all the records (checked checkboxes) disappear from the first page.

I have this scenario where i want to select multiple customers at a time and add them to a group/role. to do this i thought of using a gridView and listed them all with sqlDatasource and enabled 'selection' for gridview. but by default grid view is allowing only one selection at a time. so is there a way i can insert a new column of check boxes and some how read the gridview to know which checkboxes are selected? if you know a better approach than a gridview or check box please suggest me. i am not very familiar with asp.net so

I'm got a select box that looks like this:

I also have two labels:
[Code]....
When apples is selected i want the the label is become visible, just like if grapes is selected i want the grapes label to be visible.
When one isn't selected i want it to go invisible. So if Apples, Grapes and Oranges are selected the user should be able to both the labels but if the user then changes their mind and select Grapes and Pear instead the Apple Label should disappear.
Can someone please help me with this ... I tried it with a for loop and if statement.Was thinking of using a Select statement but thought i would ask for help first ?

I am working on grid view in C# ASP.net VS2010. In the grid view I have added check box list. If i select a check box then a part of row should be selected and should get highlighted. Please refer to uploaded image.
In this grid there are 3 rows: Groom, Clean n Pickup.Now if I select "Clean" then partial row of it should get selected (In image, Yellow color).

I need to be able to select multiple options on a web form, but those options are hierarchical. For example:
Option 1
Option 1 a
Option 1 b
Option 2
The user should be able to select Option 1, or Option 1a, etc. Selecting Option 1 a should automatically select Option 1.

i have radiobuttons created dynamicly , what i need is if someone selects value 2 on a dropdown box the there must be only 2 radiobuttons selectable in a groupname . Is this possible ? I dont want to go with a checkbox becuase then all the checkboxes will be selectable .
And i cant set there attributes becuase they are dynamicly created
