Web Forms :: Payment Option Based On Time Of Month?

I have a fuctioning webform where users can sign-up for a monthly reoccurring meeting. However I want to change the payment amount based on the date the individual signs up.
For instance the meeting is the 2nd wednesday of the month, if user signs up 7 days or greater they pay $10. If they sign up less than 7 days till the meeting they by $20 dollars. If user signs up 2 days before meeting they receive a message informing them registration is closed.
Is this possible with aspnet? If so how is it done, if not what options do I have?
i want the daate ie the 1st to the end of month when page is loaded i get the current months 01/06/2012 - 30/06/2012 but i want it on dropdown changed
i mean whever the user selcts in dropdown for month & year i want the period for the same
I need to send emails based on users input time and day (based on their time zone)? Kind of a reminder.
For Example: User input 2:00pm Eastern Time on my server I have different time zone, how to calculate the time and send the email at users time-zone. Its a web application. What is the best way to accomplish it using asp.net c#? If somebody already done it in the past I will be glad to take a look at source code.
I am trying to display results based on both dropdown list selection.If a user selects Jan from 1st ddl and 2013 from 2ns ddl then results of Jan 2013 will be displayed to the user,everything works fine,I wanted to confirm the query that I have used is correct or not.

My concerns are:
1.Is the way of writing the Sp is correct to achieve the result.
2.Is it correct to set the onselectedindexchanged of both the ddls to 1 method i.e onselectedindexchanged="DropDownList1_SelectedIndexChanged"Â
Find if the current time falls within hourly ranges  and display the start hour and end hour of that range in labels.
Examples:
 If the current time is 8:46am, label startTime would return "8am" and label endTime would return "9am" If the current time is 10:01pm, label startTime returns "10pm" and label endTime returns "11pm" If the current time is 12:59am, label startTime returns "12am" and label endTime returns "1am"
I have been working with the C# TimeRange class but not getting what I need.
I'm having an issue working out how to implement this time based event. Basically, my program needs to send out an email at 12AM monday morning. But the email needs to go based on the user's local time not 12AM server time.
the problem i have discovered is Daylight savings. I used current server time as 12:00AM (my local time) and my actual offset is -7:00 UTC but after the calculation i get -6:00 utc because of daylight savings. If a user was in -7:00UTC then he/she will not get the email at 12am localtime but an hour late.

have developed a payment processing form where user fills the payment details and submit the button "Pay Now" what i want is to block the entire UI with the message "Processing Payment..." and with a slight delay right after payment processing stored procedure executes (in code behind) it should UNBLOCK the UI. Actually i was having multiple postbacks from user due to the slight delay ...I dont want to disable button. how to achieve this.

I am using a drop down lists for selecting the month and year in .aspx page. I have to get last date of the selected month of particular selected year in .aspx.cs page. (some months have 30 days and some have 31 days)

Now i need to Bind it to gridview, the gridview columns should be
Date,IN,OUT,IN,OUT
In punched time the first one should be IN and second OUT. A employee would have punched several time a day. Based on that I should take maximum punches and bring that of columns as IN and OUT in gridvew dynamically. How to achieve this?
How to display the number of days in textbox when the month is selected in the dropdown list,,,for example if i select the month december ,after selection i want to display 31days in the textbox how ?
I have two dropdownlists ,selecting the first dropdown causes postback and second dropdown gets binded...Why does the selected value of the first dropdown,once again selected does not cause postback?
but is is purifying the HTML and displaying <br /> rather then applying the line break. How can I force it to use the HTML? I have tried HTML encoding and decoding and using /n non of these work. Apparently cevent.description can accept HTML tags but not cevent.title Here is more of the code I am using.

I have a dynamic dropdown that is populated from sql. The user is supposed to select an option from the dropdown, then click a search button on the form to return some results based on that selection. It works fine if the dropdown gets populated with more than one record. However, if only one record is returned, that one record can't be selected. Whether you select it or just leave it alone since it's the only one, when you click the form button (search button), no results are returned b/c the dropdown selection must not be actually selected.

How to extract Month from Date and then displaying the date using that extracted month??
I want to display dates according to Month. I have only "Date" column in database table.
I used below queries but it is not working:

As normal when page load, it display a calendar with current month.
Is it possible, on page load to display Next Month calendar, instead of current month? After page load as usual, I need to navigate to previous months, next month and all, like normal calender. Only thing is to display Next month instead of current month on page load.

But it’s not displaying the Next Month calendar instead of current month.
