trying to have a collapsible panel extender for each row inside a repeater but I am not sure how to do it correctly.I am binding my repeater control to a dataset which has name,e-mail,phone numbers returned as columns and I am trying to make name as a link button so that whenever it is clicked some details are shown and when it is clicked again the details are hidden. At the moment,I am putting all the details in a label which is inside a panel and I want to display this label whenever the link button is clicked. However, the label text is being displayed all the times.

I am having trouble wiht my AJAX collapsible Panel Extender. I have the CPE opening a panel that contains the Table of Contents of a document being displayed on the page. A user clicks on the link for a certain part of the document, the event triggers a C# function that gets the file that particular section is contained in an displays the section. Right now you have to, of course, click on the TitlePanel to open and to close the CPE. What I want to do is have it close automatically whenever a link inside the content panel has been clicked. I have tried placing this.cpeTOC.Collapsed=true; in the functiion that gets the files but it does not work. I have also tried the autocollapse property of the CPE and it just collapses whenever someone moves thier mouse from the titlepanel.

I have a problem where the collapsible panel extender stops behaving properly after the first row in the gridview. On row 2, the collapsible panel don't work anymore (the label is not clickable). It gets even worse on row 3 where the product category accordion pane doesn't open anymore. This is the structure:
Accordion
AccordionPane: General Info
Formview
AccordionPane: Product Categories
Gridview
3 boundfield
1 templatefield
CollapsiblePanel
1 templatefield
3 collapsiblePanel
First Row:
2nd row

I have a repeater control which has an table format that has textboxes in it. I tried the solution at [URL] which works but loses the table format. I have an example below in which I have modified that code and have it so now the table format stays but the values show outside the table and not in the correct columns and rows.
I need to keep the values in the proper location.

I have a repeater control that is getting exported to excel. Well excel will no longer show the data that was in the textboxes. I've read the article on exporting a gridview having the same problem and how you replace the texboxes with literal contrls. I was wondering if there is an article like it only for a repeater control.

I'm developing an ASP.NET 3.5 web application using C# with AjaxToolkKit. I have a following question.
How can I put a collapsible panel inside GridView to make a master and detail list that expands to display the detail panel when view link in a row is clicked? This is something similar to the download list in MSDN page.

I have two update panels on my page. One of them contains a list of users which is retrieved from the database. When I click a search button (which is outside of the update panel) the users are retrieved from SQL server and displayed in a repeater inside this update panel. Each of the users has a button next to them to 'Edit'. The seconds update panel contains all of the fields for a user. Textboxes, checkboxes and what not.
My plan is to click the search button as you normally would, and then when you click the 'Edit' button on a user, the second update panel fills with their details. This works except that when I do this the first update panel is updated again and because it hasn't searched for any users it goes blank.
So what I did was set both the update panels to conditional, and then call the first panels update at the end of the search code in the search button click event. So that worked, but now the repeater inside the first update panel is not firing the Item_Command event, so I can't get the details for a user. How can I resolve this so that the repeater button works inside the conditional update panel?

I am having a grid with checkboxes corresponding to each row to enable select. There is a dropdownlist populated with several action items and a button which will trigger the selected action from the dropdown. One among the dropdownlist action is "Export to excel".I am using the infragistics UltraWebGridExcelExporter control for this. Both the grid and UltraWebGridExcelExporter is placed inside an AJAX updatepanel.I need the export to excel functionality to work without full page postback. For this I have added a AsyncPostBack Trigger for the button to the updatePanel. But the export to excel is throwing "Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException" with this.If I am adding PostBack Trigger for the button, the export to excel is working fine. But the whole page posts back.Is there a way to solve this?

I need to solve a problem with showing some gridviews in a web page. Initially I wanted to have a series of buttons on top of each gridview and have the page loaded with all gridviews set on visible=false and then change to visible=true at the click on the corresponding button. This is though quite boring to do since I have around 50 gridviews and I would need to keep track of each gridview status and preserve that status for each click (postback). I was wondering if having the gridview in a collapsible panel was a better solution, however I'm not sure how I am supposed to add the gridview into that collapsible panel.
