Web Forms :: Masterpage Not Sizing To Dynamic Data?

I have a site with a masterpage containing a header and footer, I have a content page that is populated from a database and the data can change size. When I view my page with the dynamic data the page is not sizing to the data thus running into the footer.
Is there a method of sizing the content placeholder to the data? I have tried adding a third <asp:Content> item to the page but that does not help/work. My code is wrapped in <div> tags. Style sheet doesn't appear to have anything interfering.
I've got a number of MasterPages with ContentPlaceHolders. I do not know how much Placeholders are on the MasterPage. Now i want to load Content to the PlaceHolder, id the ContentPlaceHolder exists. When i use the this.Master.FindControl the MasterPage renders and the added Content would not be rendered. See: [URL] Soo I tried two posibilities of adding the content:

The first way seems to be the faster way. But which is the "better" way? Would any of this make any problems?
in one place i have to dispaly a page in the browser that page is binded with the master page in that page there is another page that consist of onother page this page is aslo binded with masterpage . now i needed to hide the dynamic menu in the second page i tried in other ie.. but it is not comming
any control outside of masterpage contentplaceholder can be accessible or not
This works fine without using a masterpage. What is the masterpage messing up here. Basically creating all dynamic controls. Linkbutton>tablecell>tablerow>table>panel>placeholder. The linkbutton id is not being set when building. The link button id is registered fine when not using the masterpage. Also using ajax.
i did dynamic menu control in master page , my problem is that each time iam loding the masterpage new dynamic menu created, i don't want to create again.

I have a MasterPage (MasterPage.master) with 2 child MasterPages (specialMaster.master and standardMaster.master). From the MasterPage.master I need to get at some of the controls in one of the children, specialMaster.master, say for example to hide certain content if a session variable is not null.

i have a table with 8 rows , 8 colums and each cell contain a LinkButton (which diffrent in IDs) I want to add Lable in the same cell of this LinkBtn(LB1) which it clicked but I cann't What shoud I write here?
im creating dynamic buttons on page load and on the click event of button1 handlere iam creating more buttons this is going fine but on click event of button 2 work is not done so how to maintain a chain of creation of button on click events
If there's a better way to accomplish what I'm attempting I haven't found it yet. That being said, I have create a gridview like the one here,[URL]And with some minor tweaking it working great for all my fields, checkboxes, etc. The issue is my last column is another gridview, and I'd like it to function the same. that is, a dynamic gridview inside of a dynamic gridview. I get that I have to create it initially with null values or it won't show up. I guess what I'm having trouble figuring out is instead of go will null data in the parent gridviews column, do I place my blank child gridview. Do I create and bind the child gridview first, or second. Generally just not sure. Also, as far as storing the data from the child gridview goes, will each one need it's own datatable?
I have a listview in a page and I use a DataPager to do the paging. Each time the user clicks a page's number, the page does a postback and it shows the next "x" items. My problem is that I rewrite the url with isapi rewrite and when the user is being redirected to the second, third etc page of items the friendly url is being replaced by the non-friendly url of the page.
I have a gridview on my page which i can export to excel. The download button is located on the masterpage and i set the visibility of the download button on the master page by using a property like below:masterpage

this all works fine but now i need to somehow pass through the name of the gridview to export. So in my masterpage code behind i have this code which works if i put the button on the page but not if i have the button on the masterpage:

and the gvResults is on another page (not on the masterpage) so how do i pass through the gvResults from the page to the masterpage for downloading.
i have a a public property in my masterpage, I have a repeater on another page which has a hyperlink, when i click on it, i need to give the masterpage property a value based on the hyperlink clicked. How do i go about doing this, because at the moment the property is set to the last value in the repeater. I have something like this;

I have a master page with a user control consisting of a repeater with a SiteMapDataSource. However when doing a post back on a page using the master page, the onitemdatabound event of the repeater in the user control does not fire.
