The Ajax control toolkit tab panel automatically inserts a space by all four corners of the body. For example, go to http://www.asp.net/ajax/ajaxcontroltoolkit/Samples/Tabs/Tabs.aspx and look at the TabPanel on the page. The is a space before "Signature:" and "Bio:" labels. How can I set the space-width to 0px; in the tabPanel body?

I have a problem with DataSet.GetXml() in ASP.NET 4.0:
First I populate the dataset with some tables.
Then I run the .GetXml() method on the dataset and some XML is returned. The output of this method is not want I want it to be, however.
The desired result is this:
[code]....
How do I stop this from happening? I mean, how do I stop the cell from being included at all?
In ASP.NET 1.1 the same code is used and the desired output is returned. This means that it is probably some new thing in 4.0 that I have to switch on/off. But what?
I set my textbox1 to equal a responsetext string and when I click into the textbox and then click the end key there are spaces or blank space at the end. I need to get reid of them. I tried the following, but no luck:
is there a way in crystal report to remove blank space between two data field for example
Field 1 Field 2
how do i make it the distance between Field 1 and Field 2 become closer and look like this
Field 1 Field 2
without changing the position of the Field 2 in the report design... i need this cause the data in Field 1 is different for each user and i need the Field 2 to have a smaller font size than the Field 2 so i cant use formula since formula only allow 1 font size.

I am currently working on an invoice report which may or may not span across multiple pages. I have a header which I have setup to only be displayed on the first page, and a footer which I have setup to only be displayed on the last page. The problem is, the hidden header/footer reserves unwanted whitespace and messes up the report layout (see the screenshot). The black areas represent space that is reserved by the header/footer. There must be a simple way to remove this unwanted space.
I am having a problem editing VB.NET .aspx pages in Visual Studio 2008. If I edit a line that is flush against the left margin, Studio automatically indents it 4 spaces, and there is no way to undo it! I am forced to save the file with that 1 line I edited indented differently than all the other lines!
When we double click to page It creates an empty Page_Load event codeblock automatically. Or you know can create other control's event subroutine events by clicking the relevant event in properties window.
but how can we create a Page_Init ? is there an automatic way ? or should we just write its name and parametes manually is the only way ?

The table cells on the List.aspx all have an inline CSS style that prevents the text from wrapping. Sometimes I want the cells to wrap. How do I prevent the inline CSS from appearing?
I've written a command line tool that deploys HTTP Handlers to an applications Web.Config file using a combination of System.Configuration, System.Web.Configuration and Microsoft.Web.Administration since it needs to register the handlers for both Classic and Integrated Modes as I don't know what mode end users will be using for their IIS deployments.
My issue is that is that when the tool is run the <handlers> section under <system.webServer> gets filled with the following extra unecessary entries as well as the entries I wanted to add:
[code]...
why this might be happening and how I can stop it?
When I save my configuration opened with System.Web.WebConfigurationManager I use ConfigurationSaveMode.Minimal so any inherited configuration (which is what this appears to be) should not get written.
I am working on a big .NET project. I am currently creating an automated minifier for JS and CSS files using YUI compressor. After doing some research, I found that the heaviest files in the project are actually .NET resources (Like MS ajax file). They are very big and unminified.I am wondering, is there any way to minify them?
I'm adding now e-mail sending to my application and I have one problem. When user gave a bad e-mail address (that doesn't exist) and I'll send email to that address, that email message will go back to my email account. So for 100 users it will be 100 unwanted messages. In this situations my email account will be full of messages. So: how to avoid that situations and remove automatically incoming messages?
