I cannot see how to shape the SELECT statement to include only columns with a TRUE value and I cannot figure out how to filter a control to only display labels with a TRUE value.

AJAX :: Autocomplete Display Multiple Columns?
Aug 26, 2010I have an autocomplete extender working great returning one column and I can also retrieve multiple columns just fine from my stored procedure, but here's what I really need to do:
1. Format the data in the autocomplete extender in the following format:
Location Number
Address
City, State, Zip
2. When the user makes a selection I want only the Location Number to populate the textbox.
I've looked quite a bit on this site and others on how to do #2 and I can't seem to find exactly how this should be done. Is there some javascript that needs to be involved in order accomplish this?

Dec 23, 2010I'm trying to display a list of Excel files that are stored in multiple folders in adatagrid but the .GetFiles part of the routine in my loop only gets the very last excel file rather than all that meet the criteria. Below is the code I've been working on for several days. This is the first time I have tried to use a "For next loop," and I am having much trouble with this. Using the same loop code posted I was able to verify that the loop was working by appending some text into a temporary label.

When I search for the part number 12345, the gridview will display like this
PartNumber | PartDetails
12345 | image1 (image1 will see as document picture)
If I search Part Number and doesn't get any data results in gridview the information will be:
PartNumber | PartDetails
0 | image2 (image2 will see as red cross picture)
How to change the image2 in the same column cell 1 in the GridView when the data results are "0" ?

Mar 16, 2011I am using the cascading dropdownlist controls from the Ajax toolkit. I have everything working perfectly and all of my select changes work. I have 3 related select boxes that all work great for single item select. What I need is for my last dropdownlist to allow for the selection of multiple items. I have tried adding the 'multiple' attribute to the final dropdown list and it allows the selection of multiple items but I cannot get the items when I post back, just a single item.

Now I want to attach to the click-event of every single li-element, so that if the user clicks on a div-element, detailed product-informationen should be loaded asynchronously into a details-pane. I know how I can use jQuery to invoke an action-method ajax-style and also how to display the json-result which contains the product-details, BUT I have no idea, how I could attach the onclick-event to every single div, so that I can use the productId to load the details.
VS 2005 - List Box Will Not Allow Multiple Selection Even When Property Is Set To Multiple
Oct 24, 2012I have a list box that I want to allow the users to select up to 4 items from. I set the selection property to multiple, but for the life of me it won't allow multiple selection. If I pre-select 4 items, they show up as all selected when the page loads, but as soon as I select another, it clears all of them and then only allows one at a time. if I check the source code for the page, the property is set to multiple (see below).
