C# - The Application Has Failed To Start Because Its Side-by-side Configuration Is Incorrect?

On one server, everything works. I am attempting to call a C++ assembly from C#/ASP.NET application.
When I deploy the web application in another server, it fails with the error message:
"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect" I have copied the dll into the correct folder which has permissions for the user and the application pool identity. The path has been added in the PATH variable. The DLL is fine and is not dependent on any other DLL.
on desktop start has disappeared, getting above issue on double clicking/running any application.have VS2005 installed with sp1 and all other relevant updates as per MS..., i read some forums which states because of VC++ the system files may be currupted....have not installed VC++can anyone guide me the issue here and its solution...
How can I deploy custom web service to iis side by side with asp.net application (in my case dotnetnuke site)?I deploy to server web service [URL] Service work great.When I deploy DNN 5.x.x web site work great, but my web service stop working, I get following error:

ASP.NET app and WS is in same root directory.I remove web.config file from my service folder, and merge relevant entries into the web.config file in my ASP.NET app (DotNetNuke site).I get the same error.I get same error in my development enviroment - win7 and production enviroment w2k8. you advise me please what I should change in server IIS or ASP.NET app web.config?
I m using site login Control in my login.ascx file and disaplaying login control in Div so if there is login link in page and i click on that then Login Div will popup which is site login.May i know how can handle error like username or password is incorrect on client side instead server side?
what needs to be done since I'm trying to interpert other people's code. Anyway, here is my dilimma. I am running Windows 7 Professional x64 with IIS 7 and coding in VS 2010 using .NET 4 for the ASP.NET site. I installed the AjaxControlToolkit.NET4 in VS 2010 with no issues. The dilaogbox that offers me to save the file shows incorrect chars if documentFileName has name not in ASCII format. What I'm supposed to do to have the file name displayed correctly in this dialogbox and to have this file opened under the same name in MS Word, Excel whatever else?
I need to call a console application to load data into another desktop application on the remote server that located within the corporate domain.
Users will enter the web page and upload data to asp.net web server, which after transformation should call that console application. Users are located remotely and do not have any other access except the web server.
I decided to lower the security web application context and let the asp.net working process to start the console application on the current IIS 6.0 web server
What I have done:
I changed the security account for the application pool for Local System;
I added ASPNET Account and IIS_WPG IIS Process Account to Administrators group;
I added "Allow service to interact with desctop" for "IIS Admin Service" and "World Wide Web Publishing Service" processes and restarted the machine;
I tried to start BAT-file at server side through the test page code-behind, but failed:
I wanted to make extensive changes to a project, so I created a copy of the project folder. In the new version, I renamed all of my namespaces and a few classes. Everything compiles and runs, however, I am getting this javascript error. 'ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load' and my 'Auto complete' text box no longer works. This error does not occur in the original project.
The HTML source between the original and the new project are identical, save for the few lines of code that throw this error. The web.config files are identical.
i am facing a serious problem with ajax that ASP.NET Ajax client-side framework failed to load and also sys is undefined.i have asp.net 3.5 service pack 1 installed on server.also using toolkitscriptmanager on pages have checked iis for .axd extension.It is there.system date is okk.have latest version of ajaz control toolkit.on localhost it is working fine.but giving error on live server.
I have seen all the previous posts but did not got any solution. I am using URL routing and the website runs fine untill i change the global.asax file. Till then all the configurations runs properly. The web.config is also correct and ihave added the modules required for URL routing. Now when i change the global.asax file, i get the following error on my masterpage:

I had a working .net website in a working VS2008 environment on a WinXP machine.Moved to Win7 machine, and now this maddening error comes up. I have no clue!Since the site and the development environment were working before, I can only assume it is an environmental problem. But what?

After making the call I am not able to retrieve the updated value from Server side variable. I went through this forum [URL] but not able find a way how to implement functionality with IFRAME. I am trying to call the client side code and retrieve the updated value from server side in page_load event.
