I want to style an ASP.NET RadioList so that the list is horizontally oriented, with two rows, the first of labels, and the second of inputs, for example:

I'm learning asp.net and c#, and can't figure out why this won't work for me.I'm using a label control and a radiobutton list control. Basically if you select radio button 1 I want the label to say radio button one , radio button 2 for the next one and so on. Here is the code I thought would work.

I solved 2 problems with adding ids to anchors like id="tabsA-1" and simulating the postback for

which selectedTabIndex is a public string var in code_behind and i update its value in page_load. one funny problem was that the .tabs( 'select' , index ) in JQuery is not zero-based index of the tab as the official site said and it start from 1.
I have an update panel with a set of 2 radio buttons, a label and an image button inside of it. There another set of 3 radio buttons that trigger the update panel. I got everything working but now the image button, label and set of 2 radio buttons inside the update panel show up twice when the radio button triggers are selected?
View 2 RepliesClicking the label of a drop down list, re-sets the selected value to the first item in the list. This has a history of causing data entry problems when users accidently click on the label.
In the below example ddlContactType has a selected value as 'PRIMARY' and whenever i click on the lblContactType Text, the dropdown box Selected value is changing to "Select One" Text.
How to prevent this one. It should be on PRIMARY Only.

I am making a form that contains a lot of User Controls, each User Control is part of the form (contains TextBox, ComboBox etc). User will use the form to update their information. At end of submission, I need to display the original data and the data that the user have entered. I wonder if is possible that I can replace the input control (TextBox etc) to Label? So I can just simply use the same user control, then convert each of the input control to label to display the data... (I just don't really want to use readonly or disable) Note: I used different dataset to map each of the User Control data. What I was thinking to do is like to get the input control from Page.Controls:
aInputControl = new Label();
or...
Page.Controls.Remove(aInputControl);
Then somehow add new Label in same position in the page. But I have no idea how...can't think of anything except add another div to surround each of the control. I just wonder if it this is possible...
Seems like making new user control is not a good way for me. I will just try to somehow map each original data and new data into a new User control, and write them into page.
Is have about 20 label/input pairs on a page that use JS to give them unique styling. For this to work they must have matching id's on each pair.

View 3 RepliesStarted checking out VS2010 Express. I have it installed on my home laptop and my work PC. This "problem" occurs on both systems. In past versions of VS I thought I was able to add style sheets to a theme by right-clicking on the theme folder, selecting "New Item...", then clicking the Style Sheet item. In VS2010 Express, Style Sheet is not present as an option. Only Skin, XML, and XSLT are present.
Is there a way to add Style Sheet to the list of selectable items? My current workaround is to create a style sheet outside of the theme folder, then drag it into the theme folder.
