How To Read Web.configuration Values In Application

In my asp.net application I want to read authorization section of web.config and modify that.For that I am using the below code but I am not getting the values. So have a look at it and let me know if there is any way to read and update authorization section values
I have an asp.net web appilcation created in .net 2.0 that is supposed to read and display the app settings from remote web.config (accessible from a shared location). Is there a better way(like reading from the application's web.config ) to read the app

I not added Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll in bin folder in this way. bin folder-right click-Add reference- .NET tab -Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel.dll but this dll is not adding into my bin folder.. is this the problem? I am working on VS 2008. In my system Office 2007 is installed.

I have requirement like admin will uploads some pdf files ,which contain text box ,check box, similarly we will have master table which contain some matched fields. I have two ListBox in my ascx file, I fill them with some data (no problem here), I make them multiple and increase the size, below is my code.

I use some jQuery code to exchange element between them (Here too, no problem). My problem begin when I post my form, I'm unable to get the data from the DropDownList with attribute multiple or size. I tried in my controler to add a FormCollection parameter, I can see every element in my form except those select tag with more options than id and name. I tested to put a manual select tag in my code with only an id and a name then add size and multiple attribute, when there is only id and name I can get the value but when there are more I can't get my select tag in the FormCollection

We are going develop a web application using asp.net. This applicaton is going to server 50 users per day and 40 users concurrently. As the user count is less, we are planning to have two webservers clustered under a webfarm. We are planning to go for a Sticky Session. Netscaler is the load balancing and reverse proxy we are using at hardware level to route to the same webserver till the end of the client session.
1. Do I need to implement any handler at asp.net level to route the session or to provide browser cookie details of session to NetScaler? If so, what should be implemented in detail. Any sample code will also be helpful.
2. I need to maintain a big chunk of object information in session. Does a webserver can handle it?
3. At the hardware level how ReverseProxy works to navigate it to the same webserver? I want conceptual details of it from a web application end.
