i have a table with a hunders of image urls (paths) like( c:vijjishivam.jpg,. ),these images are present inside my local hard disk and im programatically setting urls to the image controls but im unable to view images.image URL property only working for images attached in the web application but not out side.

View 3 Repliesi have implemented an image preloader using javascript inside my mvc 2 web app, in order to display an animated "loading" image .gif while sequentially displaying page images.I have also implemented caching using a cache profile for the controller action that displays the specific page ([OutputCache(CacheProfile = "LongCache")]).The problem is that the image preloader javascript is called when caching is applied. I was wondering whether i could, somehow, use the image preloader code only when the page gets refreshed and not when the cached version is rendered.

chkBox.CheckedChanged += new EventHandler(this.ChkBoxChaned_Click);
But when the checkbox is checked/unchecked, autopostback happens but the event handler does not get hit.

My application is working fine in local environment but not working after push code in live. My locale environment and hosting environment both are having same configuration. Same app working fine 2 month before but in different domain but same hosting server.
how to check the both config / any possible to run debug mode in hosting server please let me know. below code used in all page for checking user session status but when I click on any link page redirect to login.aspx I think session got timeout. I don't know why session got time frequently, but this issue not happening in local environment (desktop).

we are experiencing big difficulties in the configuration of ASP.Net state service and II7. The service seems not working correctly because when the application pools recycles the applicatio loose the session.If we try the same configuration in IIS6 it works correcly.What is the correct way to configure the aspnet session state service in iis7?

I am trying to load an image in my webpage from a file server where all of our images will be held.I set the imageurl property on the image control to dynamically;;

and I can see the image perfectly fine in IE.
However, the image does not show in Firefox. In Firefox it is just a blank screen when i am using developer tools that image button is in there but it showing faded in developer tool(firebug).in screen nothing showing only blank.

I would like to parse QueryString and put the ID value to the ImgUrl path, I am trying this code:

But the produced result is none. I am not getting any error message but after viewing the source of the page, this is the output for the image:

I uploaded some images and js files under aspnet_client folder of a domain account and it's giving me 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
The account is on Windows 2008 64bit machine with latest plesk installed,
I've confirmed read & execute permission is provisioned to Plesk IIS WP User, Plesk Domain User and Plesk IIS User still no luck.
