Javascript - Decimal Check On OnKeyUp Event?

I have couple of text boxes. In those text boxes I need to check few types.
Allow only Numbers and Decimals
Ex: 123.2323 //not allowed any characters
Allow only 2 numbers after decimal
Ex: 123.23 //not allowed any characters and only allowed 2 digits after decimal
Allow only 1 number after decimal
Ex: 123.2 //not allowed any characters and only allowed 1 digits after decimal
I have to check these validation in OnKeyPress event in text boxes.
If possible need 3 methods.

the 'a' is a parameter request from another page.now in this page i hava a textbox and i give its a onkeyup event. then 'key()' is a function include two parameter:one is itself's value and another is 'a',but there is an error:Server tags can not contain <% ...%> Structure.what can i do?

Note: The answer marked as the answer, answers the questions in the Title. However, my underlying problem, using type ahead dropdowns, is solved by moving to IE8.
I have a drop down list that when I CLICK a NEW selection I want to cause a postback ("this.form.submit()") But only if the click on the dropdown list just changed the selection.
Note that OnChange will NOT work because when the selection is changed by the keyboard I would not want to postback because it is a type ahead dropdown list.
I also suppose I could use OnChange and check if the change was caused by the mouse.
Maybe if we can come up with both solutions and i'll see which works better?
EDIT: More information:
AutoPostback = true; will not work. (don't want it to post back when the selection is changed by the keyboard)
onBlur = doPostBack; I tried this, but the result is not optimal. The user has to click off the ddl after making a selection with the mouse.
Another way to state what I want to do, i think, is do a postback when both the OnChange and OnClick events fire at the same time.

I was read your post: "Export GridView to Excel in ASP.Net with Formatting using C#" and is very useful. That code works perfect. But I need create a new format for a specific column in my sheet before to export it. For example:My DataTable have a column with decimal numbers and I'm trying reduce the tenths for each number.I want this: 2,874444 ----> 2,87 for a specific range. In this case I need it for all numbers in the column 13 or well said for the Column called N in Excel. Only reduce two tenths.
I used:
xlWorkSheet.Range["N"+h,"N"+h].NumberFormat = "0.00";
And no works (h is for rows, N is the column. Into a foreach).

I'm trying to execute this statement every minute with SQL Agent, I have it set up as a job:

It's trying to update a column which data type is set to decimal. Just so you know what I really need out of it, here is an example:

The answer of which should add on 0.5 to the original value. If I were to use the increase value of 60 which then becomes 60/60 it will work.I'm dividing by 60 because the increase value is per hour so I make it smaller to get per minute value. Why is it doing this?

I got a decimal member in my viewmodel and get populated from the database (say 55.5, or 100.00)
In my view I use TextBoxFor<> for this member.
Is there any way to have a number (it's actually a percentage) like 100.00 display as 100 instead, and 55.50 as 55.5?

I have 3 Checkbox named as ParentChk1, ParentChk2, ParentChk3 and i having three childcheckboxlist. Each ParentChk want to enable corresponding childcheckboxlist. Now issue is while i am checking ParentChk1 and ParentChk2 continuously, the ParentChk1 checking event is not fired. But if i checking ParentChk2 after few seconds of checking the ParentChk1 , that checking event trigger properly.
