Way To Get Value From CheckBox Which Is Located In A Cell

I am trying to get a value (checked or unchecked) from a CheckBox located in a cell in a GridView. This value I need to add as a parameter calling a stored procedure.
Code:

a) As far as I know, GridView's RowStyle-HorizontalAlign property should overwrite CSS's text-align property, and thus text inside GridView's cells should be located on the left side of the cells, but is instead moved to the right side. Why is that?
b) Similarly, RowStyle-Font-Bold should overwrite CSS's font-weight property and thus fonts shouldn't be in bold. But again, CSS's property overwrites RowStyle's Font-Bold property. Why?

A workaround would be to apply the style to each field instead (e.g. ItemStyle-HorizontalAlign)
I tried with applying ItemStyle to GridView's field:

I have a checkbox in GV as (template) [ its index 0] and lblsum (lblsum not in GV ) and I need :
1- if i check checkbox get value of cell [1] and add it to value in lblsum (for each row in GV)
2- if i uncheck checkbox subtraction value of cell[1] from lblsum

I am having gridview and i have check box for each row. There are 2 buttons ,accept and reject outside the gridview. If I click accept button, all the checked rows fields value should change to accept and if i click reject button all the checked rows column value should change to reject. There are 3 columns only one column will change.

How to set Height and ItemSource(Business Object as DataSource for Cell) for every Cell in DataGrid/ Grid? Shown below is part of code I am currently using with Grid Control. What I am currently doing is that I am using ListBoxItem, set Item Height and ItemSource at ListBoxItem Level, Add ListBoxitem to ListBox and then Add ListBox to Grid, It leaves me with just one row and multiple columns in the Grid, which is perhaps not the best way of doing it as it doesn't allow me to take benefits from UI Virtualization of Grid.

I am open to use any control i.e. Grid/ DataGrid provided it allows me to set Cell Height and item source at Cell level. In my requirement, Cell height depends on the Item duration and size of image, which means the height of the cells may not be same across cells in any particular row.

That's maybe a strange subject but it was the best I could come up with. The thing is I need to upload a set of files from a web site into our CMS. I know how to do this via a file upload control but is it possible to do this when I've instead got URL's to the files? They are pictures by the way. Is it possible to get a file located on another server into a Stream?

I have a silverlight client that i want to get and write data to a DB located on the server . now this is what i did :
1. created the silverlight projecte hosted in asp site project, with wcf enabled .
2. created a DB with some tables in it.
3. created linq to sql classes, and wcf service with operation to fetch data from the DB, added the project the referance .
result:
when i debug it locally on localhost, it workes perfectly, but when i upload all the content to the server i get an error, my guess is that the service is not finding the DB . after I uploaded the content, all i did was change the connection string in my web.config file to the one provided to me by the hosting server.

i have being asked to debug some asp pages.. when i received the folder, i only saw .ascx files.. i found that i need to decompile the kcp.dll located in the bin folder to do my work.. i have VS 2010 and .Net Reflector.. but when i open the dll with the reflector i can only view the codes but i cannot edit it.. any1 able to assist me on this? Summary: 1) Decompile kcp.dll 2) edit the codes and compile it back.

I wonder how it is possible to retreive the Folder name in which the file default.cs is in. I do my coding in this default.cs file and will simply retreive the name of the folder that this file is in. If I remember correct Resolve URL could be used to do this in any way but dont really remember how to do this in C#?

I have used a lot, in my application, the code below in order to access a Panel located in MasterPage.

But, right now I need to do the same command above, in a page located within an iFRAME. The parent page (that calls the iFrame) is normally using that MasterPage. But the iFrame isn't.

I'm trying to do a site like http://example.com which goes to my SignIn action located at the Account controller. After signing in, I want to redirect to something like http://example.com/id where id is the user's ID.

In the case of just going to http://example.com, I'm doing some server-side validation to know the user's id and it also does it job.
When I'm in http://example.com/id and I want to sign-up, there's a link which goes to http://example.com/id/account/signup. It actually goes to the sign-up page. But when I go to http://example.com and I tried to hover the sign-up link, the link becomes http://account/signup instead of http://example.com/account/signup.

I am running an exe file located at Server named Wget (Command line Web Crawler) using aps.net application.
When I run it from Visual Studio Development environment it run properly and gives required results.
But when I run it from the IIS Server its process run properly but terminated immediately and doesn't give required results and there is no any kind of exception.

i have a list of complex object let´s say: List<House>, inside of a model that i pass to the view.
To render that list i use the Html.EditorFor(x => x.list[i], "PartialView") inside of a div (<div id="editor"></div>). To "add" an item i use an ajax method that return a new partial view of the same type, an append it to the the div.
This way, the new partial it's appended but when i do the post, only the first item (list[0], the one that i pass in the controller to start) it´s bounded, but, the items added via ajax aren´t.
What could i do in this case? i wan't mi list to grow every time i hit the link that calls the ajax method and then take every item and add them to my database. i've followed this tutorials:

I am developing a web app which uses images. Because there are lots of images, I decided to store them in a location out of the web site, maybe they can reside in a different unit (g:Pictures for example, where g: is a drive that belongs to a disk array which is part of the web site infraestructure).
At the beginning, such pictures were saved in a folder within the web site project so it was easy to show them using the asp:image control's ImageURL property but now that they are outside, things get complicated.
