i have following pages inside admin folder ... login.aspx, home.aspx, welcome.aspx ...
i want if user directly open page ... welcome.aspx or anyother page inside admin folder then it automatically redirect to login.aspx till they login using admin id and pass ...
how to do this setting in web.config...using authorization vb.net

I have an article table, I am using the login mechanisms provided my MVC2 , since it contains all the required functionalities that i need.(but i do not know what are the database tables that store these information) What i need is to display all the articles created by the login user. currently i am retrieving all the articles from the articles table , as i am not able to retrieve the login name to add it to the following query . the query code looks like this (which is part of the repository class which i have created):-

I am using a listbox

There are 10 options in the list box but I want the user only to select a maximum of 4. If user selects more then 4 then I want to display a message to user that they cannot select more then 4 options.

if today is 10 march then he can select next 7 days means till 17 march bt he cant select 18 march

I am currently doing convertion of an html page to pdf using itext sharp and email the pdf as an attachement. My idea is to save the pdf first to the server machine in the folder name ToBeEmailedPDF folder before using it as an email attachment. I have a master page containing menu items and if i click on any menu item then postback happens(it's not an asynchronous postback) that page loads in the content area. Now, if the page has taken some time to load and the user again clicks some other menu, then at some cases, it is crashing. So what i want to do is when postback is happening, I want to restrict the user to click anywhere on the master page or content page. We have achieved this on asynchronous postback.... But cant find a solution during postback.

There are various area's of this application that are only to be used by an admin users whom login using their email and password and the rest of the users log in using their telephone number and password via their iPhone.

The path only works when the folder insight the project.

Which intellisense says "Property Access must Assign to it's property or use it's values". Do I have the code all wrong? Also, as a side question, I don't understand why I have to use the TryCast find control option to find every control to use them. Even in the Page_Load if I type in DropDownList1 it says it's not declared.
